Pros: Clean place, near polo ground and market place. Good vegetarian restaurant, reasonable parking space. Cons: Small rooms, limited time hot water supply, no decent place to sit outside and relax, noisy surroundings whole day during tourist season, only in room breakfast.

We stayed at Hotel Saraswati this October. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. We booked online and got room on 3rd floor. Hotel staff members were polite and helpful. The service was good. The only thing we don't like that the pipe below the washbasin was broken and water was flowing on the floor. Rest of the... More

Stayed at Hotel Saraswati-Pue Vegetarian at Mount Abu for 2 nights in October 2014. Rooms were very small. Mattress of the bed was very shaggy. Linen provided was smelly & dirty. Even the staff was rude & uncoperative and not ready to listen. Avoid this hotel, if possible.

I have seen some bad reviews about the hotel with which I completely disagree. The Hotel is in a nice location with spacious rooms and nice pricing. The Staff is very courteous and helpful. The Owner is one good person. I had a bike accident in mount Abu wherein I tore my left hand muscle. The Owner of the Hotel... More

We 2 couples were cheated by owners of Achpara cottages for our booking (15th -18th Aug 2014) and hence were looking for 2 good rooms on our arrival at Mt. Abu. The period being a long weekend and Janmashtmi, Mt Abu was overcrowded with no rooms available at any rate. A taxi driver informed us of Saraswati hotel and we... More

We had a budget fan room (800 Rupees per night), which in our opinion was not worth the Rupee. Although the hotel personnel was very friendly and even turned on the hot water for half an hour on our arrival day at night, the room itself was nothing special. Internet is only available in the lobby and hot water only... More

Sir, Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay at our hotel. A budget hotel always tries to provide as many services as it can within the rack rates charged during an off season period. A 800/- rupees room at any decent budget hotel like ours would be basic to say the least. Not being a business... More

It is a very good hotel in budget. Decent staff with good service offered. Cleaned rooms. Nice food. Emplacement of hotel is in the heart of the city. Walking distance to nakki lake, bazaar and Bus stand.

We had to move in from Maya Hotel to this hotel because of the bad experience we had there. The reception staff was very helpful. Other staff was also amicable & offered good service. The best part was the rooms, bathroom & the laundry was clean. The food was good esp. Gujarati food. I would love to stay there again... More
