Very nice place in are with little choice in the area. Slightly small so tall people might struggle. Very good interior and welcoming staff. Didn't have time for breakfast but I will be back next time for sure

Good food, great service and a clean pub. A good selection of food, I had the fish and chips which was presented in a nice fashion. My kids had the sausages which they said were extremely yummy. There is a short stay car park near by that you get 3 hours for free - but make sure that the ticket... More

We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel to be in a very convenient position; right on the High Street with shops, cafes, restaurants and bus stops close by. Although our room was at the front of the hotel we slept very well - there was some music to be heard from the bar below during the evening but... More

Rooms above a cute quaint pub, fantastic and fun decor, clean and have a boutique feel. The staff (esp the owners) were incredibly helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. Central in West Malling - so walking distance to all the local restaurants (The Swan is our favorite). Good value for money and clean - what more can you ask... More

Rooms were lovely, clean and delightfully decorated. Nothing was too much trouble, and although they do not do evening meals, the lunch and breakfast were very tasty, and there is plenty of it. Stayed here for a long weekend and went shopping in Canterbury one day and Bluewater the next. Lovely quant village with some great restaurants. We ate at... More

Nice rooms above a quiet pub/bar, but the rooms are a little small for me. The great advantage is it situation in a gorgeous village, close to some great restaurants. Try the acclaimed 'Swan' restaurant just 70 yards away. It is on the high street, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room... More

I cannot praise this boutique hotel/pub enough....situated in the pretty village of West Malling it is by far, the nicest place for drinks and atmosphere. We stayed in the Beatrice room which was decorated in the most delightful taste....very French and tasteful and absolutely spotless...great contender for 4 Rooms 😄...From the moment we walked in to the moment we left,... Thank you Sharon and all the team for making our wedding weekend so relaxing. When we viewed the hotel we knew it was perfect for what we needed and you exceeded our expectations. It was like home from home. We took over the whole hotel from the night before with bridesmaids, to the day after with all our other halves,... More

This is a fantastic little hotel and pub for many reasons. The pub is relaxed, quaint and tastefully done out and attracts a mix of friendly locals, after workers and tourists. My room was beautiful, just like the photos, spotless and had been renovated to a very high spec. The outstanding thing about this place however is the service. All... More

It has taken a while to do this review so apologies but other things take precedent and as it was, luckily, only one night, it slipped my mind somewhat. The 'Beatrice' is not a super king sized bed which can be two twins it is two twins pushed together, despite my asking for the king sized option. It was January... More

Really disappointed to read your review and surprised that you didn't complain at the time you stayed and left It 7 months to do so! 1. The bed in Beatrice is a typical luxury hotel zip and link bed that can either be made into two singles or bolted together are a super king as used by all Hotels over... More
