It's generally a great place to visit, great hospitality right from the receptionist to the cleaner. Though it feels abit unsecure during night hrs. Especially excessing the hotel at night could be quite scary. Iwas Informed by the locals of how dangerous the forest could be especially during night hours . Am told that the forest is used as a... For the rest of my 3 weeks stay in the hotel,i didn`t even a day missed home,it was a better home away from home.Though it was a rainy season in kitale,i enjoyed every bit of time i spent in the luxurious room. it had a nice gymnasium that had a nice instructor and the evening grilled meat that were served... The hotel is very impressive and to have a 6 star in Kitale is a wonderful achievement. I had a very brief look and there is ample space, lovely relaxing pool, bar and gym. Not to mention childrens playground and beautifully furnished rooms. I did not stay for long so can't comment more. Visit and see.

I don't know if this is the best place to stay in Kitale, we really did not had a good experience their. Most definitely the most noisiest 4 star hotel i have ever stayed in, we where tired after a long travel from Nairobi (7 hours) and was looking forward to a well rested night for our tired bodies and... Dear sir, We are really sorry for the unpleasant way your stay with us was. We have tried to contain the noise from our underground disco and the hours of operation. We hope that you will visit us again and enjoy a more relaxed, memorable stay. On behalf of the company, im really sorry. we hope you will reconsider and... More

This is probably the best option that you will find in Kitale. The hotel is clean and the food in the restaurant is actually quite good. The staff is friendly and try their best. I was very disappointed with the plumbing in my room. Toilet and shower blocked. There is nothing that upsets me more than taking a shower and... More

I stayed here in January 2015, like the other commentators said, it's good value with strange Indian/Chinese bling in abundance. Pool wasn't in operation when I was there and Wifi also not operational in my room (it doesn't work in all rooms). I'll stay here again when passing through, though the lack of wifi is a pain when on business.... More

New with nice gadgets. Fine hotel. The food and service are passable. WIFI does not work too well. Bathrooms not too well designed. The furniture and some equipment imported from China is fragile and will not last long. Also tables prone to collapse.

Excellent swimming facilities and friendly staff. This is the place our kids want to spend their time while they are in Kitale. The staff are courteous and friendly. The food although quite expensive is really good.

My colleagues and I slept over on our way to Lowar. It's a vey good hotel by local standards. Big capacity. Nice location if you want to stay not so far away to the highway to Kapenguria/Lodwar. I feel that too much design was thrown into it to the point of looking almost overdone.

We have been to the hotel a number of times since it opened, and have had repeatedly had smaller problems, but tonight was once to often. Before dinner I ordered a coffee with a shot of Amarula. As I was finishing the drink I felt something solid on my lip. It was some kind of softened food. The waitress did... More
