This resort is one of the best place to stay and enjoy the nature. It gives a real feeling of Indian heritage and culture along with grease ayurveda therapy. The over all services of the hotel is very pleasant and I can always recommend this place to all of my contacts.

Something amazed me about this hotel is the way it is built is truly and typically Kerala style. the rooms are actually all old rooms with all the furniture being as old as it can be and makes the feel so beautiful. We stayed in the heritage mansion which has the sitting down and the bedroom on top. The entrance... More

The resort is beautiful and pleasant. Rooms are very well maintained, and gives you an authentic feeling. The hotel has few local dance shows, lots of water games along with speed boat rides & audio-visual presentation on the wildlife in that part of the country. Common areas for breakfast and meals are neat and clean, with proper kerala style food.... More

I had been speaking at a travel conference and a stay at the hotel had been arranged afterwards. Arrived by boat after a trip along the backwaters. The welcome was exceptional and the accommodation and food was superb. I took advantage of the yoga classes and enjoyed an extremely relaxing visit. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Coconut Lagoon for two days. The staff was all very helpful. We went bird watching and saw many different birds. The food selection was not very large, but the food was still very good. I had a great time!!

Visited Coconut Lagoon in March 2012 with my husband and 2 year old son from US. All the hooplah about Hotel being accessible only by a boat is false. At the Cochin airport, we were picked up by Hotel Car . It was a tiring 2.5 hour journey from the aiport to the hotel. When we reached to get on... More

I stayed at Coconut Lagoon in 2010 with my husband. My husband died in 2013, I asked for the same room in 2014. Staff all very nice. Didn't get same room but the message seemed to filter down to all staff and they all treated me beautifully. My bungalow looked out onto the river, the staff were all so keen... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and it really is a beautiful place. You arrive on a small boat and are treated to a glimpse of the amazing backwaters, then greeted with a traditional musician and fresh coconut water to drink. Our villa was very clean and spacious with a lovely area to sit out on in an evening (with... More
