An awesomely designed rustic and remote place. Very specious and lovely rooms with a huge comfortable bed. The gardens and pool are beautiful and the entire place is about total relaxation. Very friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to make our stay most pleasant, managed by Elske, a charming kind and helpful young lady. The food... More

From the minute you enter the cool building of the reception you relax. Our room was perfect and overlooked the horses in their pens and the surrounding hills. The food was excellent, prepared by Connie the chef. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much!!!! I attended the Natural Horsemanship programme which was excellent!!! The only bad thing... We recently spent 3 fantastic days in the Casita the house attached to the end of the hotel. This is the only part of hotel where children can stay. I can't say give a better recommendation than say I tried to book again for later this summer before leaving. For us travelling with A lively toddler and a 6 month... More

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by Elske and her team, the entire stay at Casa La Siesta is pure pleasure. The location, though a bit tricky to find, is perfect for a relaxing stay and add to that a lovely pool, trails you can run along and lovely food, you can’t really ask for anything more. I... More

Enough can't be said about this charming refuge and its staff. My 2 daughters and I traveled here in June with 3 friends, and we all thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful hotel and it's equally wonderful staff! The decor of Casa la Siesta is incredibly well done. The common areas, rooms, and exterior spaces are all decorated with casual, understated finesse!... More

We returned here a year after our last visit. We hoped that nothing would have changed, and thankfully, save for the gardens looking a bit more mature and established, it hasn't. It is therefore still beautiful, wonderfully relaxing, elegantly understated and totally welcoming. There's is nothing that could be improved, it's sumptuous.

I struggle to come up with the correct superlatives for this place! Everything is pretty much perfect. From the first entrance through the impressive doors everything was discreet yet attentive. We were welcomed and soon offered a relaxing drink and a light lunch. Our room was as we expected and didn't disappoint. The whole house is just how we would... More

We loved Casa de Siesta from the moment we arrived. Fantastic grounds with numerous private areas to chill, and an amazing sympathetically restored house. We had room 3 a large suite on floor one, double aspected and so charmingly furnished. The food is fantastic, the service attentive but discreet. We loved sharing our break with all the local cockerels and... More

I have a business in Spanish food and wine tourism (San Sebastian Food) and so did a lot of research before choosing to stay at Casa La Siesta for a non-work related trip We had an exceptional five nights stay. We loved going to Vejer, a white-washed sleepy hilltop village with plenty of bars and restaurants. Prices in the whole... More
