Should you wish to ruin your holidays, so choose this place, especially when it is raining. We change up to 4 times our room until we found one not flooded. We had to call to get wash towels. During the night my bed was invaded by colonies of ants or similar creatures so I had to fight them and finally... more

The hotel itself is nice, good location, good pool; the rooms are okay. What we didn't like was the quality of the service and the food. The dining room looked steril and cold (why the bluish energy-saving lamps?). The food was substandard, by Cuban hotel standards. The service staff was unfriendly, also by Cuban standards. The receptionist sighed and groaned... more
