The staff once you got inside this odd set up was great. It is in a very non-tourist area of Cape Town and don't expect to go for fun rambling walks. It's kind of hairy and industrial. Once you get inside it is a very professional Hilton property. After a little mix up with a very poor room on the... More

Our stay was short (overnight). We were cordially received and promptly shown to our room. The accommodation was clean and tidy. We lest early after a restful sleep in a comfortable bed. Definitely an experience worth repeating!

I had a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff treated me like gold. It was my birthday the day I checked in and everyone made me feel so special. I cant wait to go to Cape Town again just so I can stay there!

I travel to Cape Town monthly for business, been staying at this hotel for 3 years....love it!! It's modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly , hotel is very centrally located - 10mins for the city / waterfront.

Our family of 5 made the Double Tree our launching point for Cape Town. We loved the giant suite - plenty of room for all of us and a well stocked kitchen. The restaurant off the lobby was excellent - and the local SA wine was cheap and excellent! The neighborhood was weird - it seemed like a place that... More

We used to be huge fans of this hotel before it became part of the Hilton group, staying over whenever we'd come to Cape Town. Our most recent stay was, however, really disappointing. I loved the welcome cookie on arrival, but from there everything went pretty much downhill. Lacklustre staff, shoddy service... Even the breakfast, which used to be delicious,... More

Checking into this hotel after a long drive from George and having to wait in a queue was not pleasant. The receptionist did apologise and was very friendly, but perhaps there could have had more staff at check in. I arrive in my hotel room and notice that there is no complimentary water, no body lotion in the bathroom, no... More

Very Good Hotel, we stayed 5 nights in one of the Suites on the fifth floor with a wonderful view on Table Mountain. The staff is great, friendly and helpful - nothing to complain and only little room for improvement. The suite itself is huge and has two floors with the bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor gallery. The... More

We stayed here in early August 2014 with a large family group - The accommodation was outstanding and every request we had made (several children/toddlers as well) was met The views from the loft suites of Table Mountain were stunning and everyone enjoyed the breakfast especially the pancakes and french toast Thanks to Junedray in reservations for making all the...
