We stayed here for 2 nights & felt like we were invited into a friends home. The owners, Andy & Louise, along with their gorgeous son, made us very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is stunning, close your eyes and imagine what a traditional French quintessential hotel is like & you wont be disappointed. We were able to... More

Really amazing house. Very attractive features. Very nice owners and great service. Excellent breakfast. Really good value for money and well located in a lovely village. Swimming pool warm and pleasant. Gardens lovely and shady. All good. Good wifi. Greeted by offer of drinks on arrival. Can't praise enough.

We spent one night at this interesting house that belonged to a hatter typhoon. It is build in a perculiar style, reminicent of 19th century victorian houses. The host and his family were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extravagant and marvilous. The room was spacious and nicely decorated! The only downside was a very social cat at the breakfast... More

We totally fell in love with this LOVELY house.....as have other reviewers on this site....and as we drove out of Esperaza, we were already discussing a return visit and another stay in the near future! Andy and his wife Louise were wonderful hosts - combining welcoming friendly helpfulness and unobtrusive hosting to perfection! They provided an elegantly furnished and very... More

If you stay here you have the option of staying B and B in the main house or self catering in the ENORMOUS gite that is attached to the house. Either accommodation is extremely good value and if there are eight of you the gite is perfect if you like to self cater. Both types of accommodation are owned by... More

What a lovely house and a beautiful village. Large and comfortable room and very friendly hosts. A very good base for touring this hidden gem of a region of France. We will be back.

Built in 1923 it still has the original fittings and windows. The room and bathroom was excellent and we had use of a loungroom with a wide selection of DVD's to watch if we chose to. I had WiFi too. It was hard to find because the house numbers are wrong in the street and it looks abandond from the... More

A very welcoming B&B! Had troubles finding the right house because I had forgotten the name of the place, drove by it several times without actually seeing the huge sign in front of the house (there is also three number 7 on the same street, for some reason..). A quick phone call to Andy solved that problem though. The property... More

Hello. We stayed in early September and really enjoyed our time at the house. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, our hosts were great, as was the breakfast. Perfectly suitable and good value for money.
