Stayed here for four nights and highly recommend for couples and even those with small children. It is near enough to Soberenia or Panama City but located out of the city in a very nice neighborhood that is safe and ideal for walking about in the evening looking at the birds that fly between the very beautifully cultivated gardens. We spent the first 3 nights of our month Panama trip here. It was an oasis in the hectic-ness of Panama City. Richard picked us up from the Airport the first night. Then he took us on a day tour of Panama City, which we greatly enjoyed; he was a great explainer of the social, political, and economic nuances that... More

I am very glad that I chose to stay at Pequeno Paraiso. The room was super clean, neat and comfortable. The location is convenient to Tocumen Airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. I stayed here my first night in Panama. After a long day of travel, I slept well, had a fresh breakfast and left well-informed of directions, attractions and... More

It really is a small paradise. Because it is well run, it is a great place to unwind from traveling. Rick has thought of everything and is very knowledgeable of Panama. He can answer most any question about the country and provide lots of traveling advice and even tours. It's everything I want-clean, attractive, reasonably priced, and with a good... More

My mom & I stayed with Rick and Anita in this lovely B&B in a beautiful area of Panama called Las Cumbres. The rooms are attached to the main house but have their own separate entrances so you have some privacy. Since it's a B&B, breakfast is included and it's really, really good, home cooked anytime you want it between... More

Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed including a well stocked mini-fridge and wine (surprisingly inexpensive). The yard is enviable with fountain & pool and many visiting birds and the odd geckos. The covered eating area picturesque. My belly misses Katarina and Anitas legendary breakfast. Although a family of 3 live under the same roof, your privacy is absolute unless... More

On my recent trip to Panama I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B & B twice..at the beginning of my trip , then again at the end. Richard and Anita go over and above with everything...and the breakfasts which Katarina & Anita prepare are amazing.Even having to leave very early in the morning I am handed a... More

This is a perfectly lovely place to stay. From enjoying the really pretty neighbourhood and feeling as if you have stepped into Panama living - to taking phenomenal tours with Richard, you will have the very best holiday experience. Breakfasts are delicious, and the family do everything possible to help and make your stay wonderful; plus they are truly great... More

My Rating: 4.1 About 25 minutes from either airport (website says about 15) could depend on route and driver. We took a cab from Domestic Airport that we had to arrange as plane was late and our arranged driver did not stick around. The rooms are nice and separated from the main part of the house. They enter from the... More

We had a wonderful time staying with Richard & Anita at Pequeno Paraiso! They helped us with transportation, offered advice on good restaurants, outlined us on where to go for tours and treated us like good friends. Their daughter, Catarina, cooked excellent breakfasts every morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Panama City due to the hospitality at Pequeno Paraiso!... More
