We had a most pleasant stay with Laura and Luciano at their B&B. Nice country location, a bit difficult to find, but close to Siena(15 minutes drive) and Montalcino(half an hour drive). We had a big room, with a nice view of the fields. Laura's Ribollita(typical tuscany's vegetable soup) was delicious and Luciano's white wine was wonderful. They even invited... More

We found this property through Tripadvisor.com. I wanted a true Tuscan experience while in Italy, and this is it. It was difficult to find and I WILL tell you that if you are driving through Italy, you NEED, and I underline, NEED a GPS. Otherwise we wouldn't have made it to any of our beautiful destinations. Laura was very kind... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in September 2007. Had we known just how wonderful it was we would definitely have stayed longer. The location is beatiful, the food excellent and Laura, Luciano and their son Marco the sweetest and most gracious hosts. Our stay there was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip! S.R.... More

Wow! Me and my wife stayed with Laura and Luciano for 5 nights in September. We did not want to leave. If you truly want to experience the Tuscan culture, I can't think of a better place to stay. Laura's cooking and Luciano's own wine are incredible!!! My wife still dreams of Laura's soup (I think its called Ribolitta, but... More

My husband and stayed here for three nights during our trip around Italy, and just as the other reviews say you cannot beat the scenery or the warmth of the owners Luciano and Laura. We stayed in the main farmhouse in a HUGE room by European standards, with a wonderfully equipped bathroom. Our only complaint was there was no air... More

Myself, my husband and our 3 year old daughter Meg spent a wonderful 4 nights at il canto del sole. We spent 14 days travelling through Tuscany and if we had known just how fantastic this 'B&B' was going to be we would have spent 7 nights there. We spent the prior 8 nights in an average agriturismo in Greve,... More

My husband and I stayed at Il Canto for 2 nights during our 15-day trip to Italy. We worked out our agenda well before the trip, but if only we'd known what a spectacular experience it would be, we'd go for 5 days in Tuscany at least. The Tuscan country is by far the most magnificent that we'd seen. We... More

This is your "Under the Tusacan Sun" experience. Its a lovely country home with a wonderful couple that is warm and friendly running the place. The views are to die for, the pool is a literally refreshing experience and a surprise at a B&B. The best experience was the option dinner. IT was fantastic. It should be no option for... More

Just got back from my trip and I want people to know about this wonderful bed and breakfast place.Laura and Luciano, the owners, are your gracious hosts. The place is set on top of a hill overlooking the tuscan landscape. The place is spotless . I had a little suite which I shared with my friends. There were two bedrooms... More

My friend and I stumbled across this wonderful BnB by chance last year and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. You just have to read a few of the reviews to get an idea as to how hospitable and friendly Luciano, Laura, son Marco and their funny dog Luna are. I would recommend that you take... More
