We have booked this awaful place based on the reviews from tripadvisor and ...landed in the worst place we have visted during our two weeks in Toscana! First, of all, the place is run by the Jewish, not Italiens and the whole place has nothing to do with Italy accept the building outside. The apartment where we stayed was full... More

as a owner of this property since generations, it is the first time that I have heard such a racial review about the stay at our place. I sincerly hope that the five balls rating of Tripadvisor consistent since years and years will testify the truth. Count Filippo Fiorentini More

My first visit to San Fabiano was chosen because of its location for Tuscan day trips and I've been back twice since. On my recent visit I saw Assisi, Porto Santo Stefano, and Pisa as day trips and also enjoyed closer day trips to Siena, Montalcino and San Gimignano among others. Filippo and Rachel are fabulous hosts and very accommodating... More

Agriturismo San Fabiano is lovely. The villa is very conveniently located for exploring Tuscany, and just a few minutes by car from Siena. Filippo and Rachel Fiorentini (and their assistant, Adriana) are great hosts, very helpful and outgoing. The room we had was lovely, a suite with a large bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and bathroom, very clean and nicely appointed.... More

beautifull castel in a beautiful small city with a breathtaking view. it has all the benefits for a romantic holiday or a family holiday. Rachel and Felipo are very warm and helpful in any way. The place is very clean, well equipped, quiet.... we didn't want to leave there. The highlight of the place is the rooms and service ...... More

Our family of 6 enjoyed our 4 night stay in two of the upper floor apartments The property is very beautiful and within easy walking distance (5 min) to the town of Monteroni d'Arbia where there are many cafes, a small grocer, a good restaurant and self-service laundromat. Since we did not have a car, it was helpful to have... More

We spent only a very short 2 days here with our kids 10/12. We should have stayed longer! Filippo abs Rachel were awesome. Filippo treated us like family showing us around, taking us to our horseback riding trip and on a guided walk of the property! We had fresh food for breakfast each morning and a very relaxing time in... More

Rachel, Filippo and David made us so welcome in their home. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean with amazing views over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We enjoyed using the facilities available, playing darts, archery and table tennis and riding the bicycles, which were also provided. Filippo and Rachel were so kind to us, advising us of places... So much wonderful things to say about this magnificent place & owners. We were 13 people of one "tribe", divided to 4 families, some with children aged 1-8. Every "sub tribe" got their unique unit, composed of 2 comfort bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom. The families with the small children got the units that has a door also to the playground (a... More
