"Molto bello"! Lobby very beautiful and big. Makes you feel like you are home! The rooms are also very clean, tidy, relaxing. The bathrooms have almost a luxurious style and are spacious. Also the hall ways at every floor have an automatic sale machine that has chocolates, croissant etc. (really helpful if you are a candy man or want a... More

Room is a bit odd but is clean and neat, average size toilet. There is a huge seating, play area near and on top of lobby. No free wifi, but is cheap enough. It has a breakfast room with good selection of food and drinks. There is a restaurant too and dinner was okay as well but not the best... More

After a whole day walk around the town, this room had given a great pleasure with the bathtub. Clean. However, the bed is hard. Breakfast is good as shown in photo. Nice decorated public area for book reading. Overall, generally well.

This hotel is far away from the downtown of Florence. Will take 30-35 minutes, but situated in a nice locality. We were given a room with a bolcony which we didn't get anywhere in Italy. We loved to use this balcony.Room size is small for two adults and a kid..Tea maker was not provided, had to use our own.Overall its a clean and decent... Would give this hotel a good if only the front desk staff is friendlier. Asking her for instructions is like a trip to the dentist. Hotel is located very far from the city, travel mates said it cost them about 36 Euros to get from the city to the hotel. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with 2 supermarkets... More

Stayed here as part of our European Cavalcade Tour for 2 nights. Hotel far out from Florence, Bus No. 30B on Via Alamanni next to Stazione Centrale takes 25 mins and cost 2 Euros. Room size was reasonable. No free WiFi offered. No tea or coffee making facilities in room, but small fridge available. Included dinner was reasonable, as was... More

I am glad to learn that you were overall satisfied with your stay at our property. You spent nice words for the structure as well as the staff - unfortunately you did not notice, or your tour director forgot to inform you, that tea/coffe making facilities are available on every floor, or you could have enjoyed a tea or coffee... I found most hotels in Italy small, just enough room to sleep ! On the other hand the bathrooms were ok in size, al but this hotel. My group of 67 all have stories to tell about their rooms. I thought it interesting that I had to turn sideways to get into the shower, and any movement would shut the... More

Thank you for your comments, I'm glad your stay at our hotel gave you something to laugh and write about, something funny you will gladly remember. You're right, no place is like home, especially because you build it or size it according to your needs which you know. As a matter of fact, since you end your post with the... More

I wish to thank you not only for your nice comment, but for the positivity I can get out of it. Let me say that such positive attitude seems to be referred not simply to your stay at our Hotel but to life itself, and I believe this is noteworthy and commendable. It seems like your stay was nearly perfect,... More

I'll call you up when I'll decide to hire a sales agent in your area.... I'm joking, but how else can I thank you for so briefly but also so exhaustively presenting our Hotel in such an appealing manner!
