We spent 3 days in this hotel, it was a very good stay. Hotel is calm and nice, yet with nothing to do around, unless you do this 15 min drive to Florence. It is a very nice place to stay but the staff still needs to improve their service: for instance, there was no swimming pool bar which is... More

A nice hotel in fairly calm area outside Firenze. Rooms a nice. Only bad thing was a very slow breakfast service, breakfast opened at 7, but there were no fresh bread until 7.20 - and my group had to leave at 7.30.

I have stayed in the Hotel 500 for business twice now. Despite being close to some major roads the hotel maintains its rural ambience. The rooms are of good modern and comfortable, whilst the exterior of the hotel maintains an old world charm. The restaurant is also excellent.

Hotel 500 is located in an industrial zone close to Prato. The hotel itself is old tuscan style. Nice swimming pool and rooms are beautiful. Great breakfast and frindly people all around! I can recomend that hotel to those who do not need location!

My colleagues and I stayed at Hotel 500 from 08-Jun thru 15-Jun for work and pleasure. The biggest issue was internet. We did not have any for the first 3 days. Then once it was up and working, it was a very poor WiFi signal. In my room, 407, if you were up in the loft, the signal was not... More

I liked the hotel. it is close to the airport. Despite it is in an industrial area, the hotel is very nice and quiet with ample gardens very well tendered. i stayed in a mini suit which is a two floor room. the room on two floors was ample and nice but very dark and no balcony. what is terrible... Me and a colleague traveled here on business and stayed in the loft type rooms. The rooms were beautiful, but hot in the evening without AC and/or a fan. With the room being so hot, we both left our 2nd floor windows open to get some type of cool air. Room were still hot but a little more bearable. On... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while traveling on a Trafalgar bus tour of Europe in early November. The hotel is made up of a number of buildings and is situated in an out of the way location isolated in a light industrial area. There are no shops or restaurants within close walking distance. To get to... More

This hotel is located in a very unlikely area. There's a light industrial area surrounding it with Florence airport not far away. But once through the unsealed driveway flanked by a canopy of trees, you'd think you were somewhere in the Tuscan countryside. The main building, which houses the reception, office and restaurant, was reminiscent of what centuries old Tuscan... More

The Hotel has a history dated back to the 14th century, which makes the place a little special. Beautiful garden surrounding with a little chapel and a pool. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and well lighted. The beds were wide, firm and lovely. In the bedroom there is a back door to access pool. They place is great if you... More
