The only positive impression I took while staying at Vespucci Hotel was the breakfast (varieties). 1. The hotel location is near A11 , however the hotel is located behind a big building ( as if isolated from its neighborhood). 2. Staff not so friendly and nothing is negotiable with them... 3. Clean Rooms. 4. Nothing is for free even the... More

Stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay during Eupore trip. Hotel rooms are OK but not great. Service is average . Breakfast is good and dining area is spacious. Rooms sizes are averag. Recommended for ONE night stay , but might not be good for a longer stay. No children play park area in the hotel. so children get... More

We were two couples and we really liked the hotel and staff. The rooms had all the modern conveniences we expect and appreciate. The breakfast buffet was excellent offering both European and American choices. As mentioned by other reviewers the location was not great for seeing Florence especially since we didn't have a car but we worked around it by... More

We stayed at the hotel as a stop over during a long road trip and it was excellent. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, they accept dogs, and the rooms were quiet. There is a very large shopping mall across the street with a food court. This is NOT the hotel to stay at if you are a tourist... More

Exterior/Hotel location & view: The hotel is located very far from Florence. Even with moderate driving it takes 30 minutes to reach the city center. The area is industrial with high voltage power lines next to the hotel. Rooms are facing toward the power lines and a small river that has mosquitoes during spring time. Public Areas/Reception Staff/Check-in: Staff seemed... More

The hotel is located in a rural/residential area about 35 minutes north of Florence. The rooms are spacious but the rungs were worn and soiled. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We had a smoker nearby (even though the floor was designated as Non-Smoking) and the hallways reeked of smoke. When I approached the front desk they... More

The location is not good in midst of industrial area far from city centre, the taxi will cost about 40 Euro to the city centre. The rooms are large, clean and have all modern amenities including tea/coffee maker. The breakfast was quiet okay if not the best. The bathroom was also of good size and well kept. The airconditioning was... More

great hotel but the location is terrible. No reliable transportation and the nearest bus stop is about 5 km away, the train that stops at Calenzano runs at irregular hours. If you are not going to rent a car stay away its very far from the city centre.

Excellent clean and comfortable rooms with large well-equipped bathroom. The taxi cost 40 Euros to historical part of Florence. This was still worth it as the rooms were so cheap. Very quiet location too. Apparently the best bar in Florence was around the corner, but we didn't make it there. There is a train station nearby (700m) which was also... More
