This hotel which is local-government owned and run hotel is cheap compared with other hotels with P600 per room. It has a golf and swimming pool facilities. The staff are very courteous and the food is such a delight especially with their special "espada na isda" breakfast. It is walking distance from the lingayen gulf and the provincial capitol of... Lovely hotel building and grounds around the hotel which is located in the spaciously laid out area for the local authority buildings. The sea can be directly accessed via the hotel garden and swimming pool and the driving range (netted off for safety). The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is adequate, local beer available but the wine... More

For a hotel located at the capital of Pangasinan, this hotel was the most decent compared to the others. However, judging the hotel itself it's still disappointing although the prices of their rooms are very affordable. It's a budget hotel and you won't have any choice if you really need to stay in a hotel within Lingayen. The hotel lobby... More

Toilet didn't stream from first. Shower splashed only a little water, not enough to wash body... Room was dusty and I couldn't adjust temperature of air conditioner for trouble. I recommend staying in larger next city Dagupan. This hotel's location is very good, because it is near Lingayen beach, capitol and university. Please make a effort for the future of... More

Hotel is located in the government center of Lingayen. The suite room is great, with 2 bedrooms ( 1 large, 1 average size), a foyer and a small living room. A large covered terrace can be accessed via the large room and the living room, has a view of the pool, cottages & a golf driving range. Beyond that driving... More

There are no 4 or 5 star resort hotels in LIngayen, Pangasinan. It is not a tourist destination ala Boracay or Tagaytay. But you will get some good history in this place. Beach is public, the kind where you see tricycles, peddlers, fishermen, stray dogs and sadly, trash on the shore. No cabanas, just you, the sun and the sand.... More

This is a very good place to stay. Very Quiet. Great location. The price for the rooms are great. The food is good. The service was great. Lots to do for the family. Overall, Great stay. Very close to the Capitol Buildings. Your on the beach. Short walk to the markets. We had a very good time staying here. The... More

I loved this hotel. Seriously. Capitol Resort is surrounded by government offices, which meant the place was very quiet and peaceful. Let's start with the hotel itself: The hotel had a restaurant, an adult pool, and a kiddie pool, with indoor and outdoor showers and cogon huts for those who wish to eat outside. There's a driving range and a... More

Location-wise, I loved it. Because it is after all named "Capitol Resort Hotel" you have to understand that it is within the viscinity of the provincial government offices, which for me was awesome because I hate being in super quiet environments. But for all you visitors worrying that staying here would mean living in "just another city", don't fret because... More

Lingayen. Pangasinan was the host of the recently concluded National Milo Little Olympics 2011 last November 18-20,2011. As part of another taekwondo sojourn, we were there to compete and we stayed at this hotel. This is the former Lingayen Gulf and Resort Hotel. Its location is at the back of the Capitol Building fronting the Lingayen Gulf. It is a... More
