I'm not saying anything in this report that I haven't already complained about to the hotel direct. They ignored all my comments, except the one about health and safety, which they just completely down-played, and suggested had happened in an outhouse. We visited the hotel together with grandparents two families and 5 kids and had a perfect weekend. The skiing and snow was excellent with lots of fresh snow for both children and grownups. Nice hotel and good food :) Hemsedal is a great ski area and a nice alternative to the Alps. Snow was fantastic. There was a supermarket opposite the hotel and town centre is only a short drive away. Good style. Would stay again :) more
