Very colorful hotel, nice rooms, free wifi (lobby only, but strong signal). Bed not exactly the most comfortable (hard), and no shampoo in the bathroom. Good breakfast toast, fruit juice etc and friendly staff. Staff was very nice but didn't speak English. Great location to central square. I would recommend this hotel

Fairly basic hotel, situated in a quiet street close to the main square and most of the tourist shops. Friendly staff; good fruit juices at breakfast but otherwise fairly mediocre food; rooms (especially bathrooms) quite small.

The hotel is in a good location only one minute walk to the main square. The room was very nice with hot water. Good breakfast was included. The hotel is quite quiet. The town is interesting and very pedestrian friendly as vehicles must park on the edge of town.

The hotel is simple but with tasteful decor. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, maybe the bathroom could be a little bit better, but it is clean, if the water is cold, ask reception to switch it on and you can enjoy a hot shower.Staff is friendly and polite, breakfast includes eggs, bread, arepas, butter, jam, fresh fruit and fruit... We loved this hotel! One block from Plaza Mayor but quiet. Location is perfect. We paid $120,000 COP ($67 USD) per night for 2 people in their basic room, and it's $80,000 for a single person. In Colombia you seem to pay per person, not per room. It included a nice breakfast and had unlimited hot water for showers. After... More

Nice place in an interesting building just one block North of the Plaza Mayor (allegedly Latin Americ'a largest) but quiet. Staff were a bit reserved at first but actually very helpful - let me use the laundry when I came back caked in mud from a bike ride. 70 pesos for single use of room and a hearty breakfast. Recommended.

Service was really bad! Totally unfriendly and once we paid ( they made us paid in advance) they completly forgot about us. No hot water in the room, breakfast was impossible since they were 5 tables and 100b guests! To avoid!!!! Very expensive for what you get Towels not very clean and hair on the pillows

Nice place. The service is really nice and helpfull. They can organize many trips to local sightseeing points. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is just enough space for guests, the same is in toilets. You should really come here in december as there is candle light festival and there is light show that lasts more then one hour.

This hotel would be a sighseeing attraction by itself in some less interesting city! An absolutely perfect location one block from the main square. Every wall of the hotel is painted in different pastel colors making a hotel a masterpiece. We actually walked around for a while just enjoying its artistic value. The rooms are the cleanest and most comfortable... More
