My wife and I spent three nights here in Feb. ‘13. We are travelers who appreciate smaller historic hotels that have character and charm, and we are willing to overlook a few quirks or deficiencies if the hotel has these qualities. Posada de San Antonio is just such a place and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, although we note that... More

We stayed here for one night and it was fine for that length of time but the rooms are quite small with very small bathrooms and our shower had no light in it so once the curtain was drawn you could barely see. However, it has a really pretty courtyard and a large sitting area (where you can also get... More

We had reserved a room, through one of the numerous agencies offering rooms on the internet. We arrived at 5.15pm to find that the suite, with balcony, that we had paid for was not available and were offered a pleasant standard room on the ground floor, directly on the street, as an alternative. When we asked for the suite we... More

Lovely colonial courtyard. And a good breakfast. But that's about where it stops. Our room was quite cramped - barely enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was miniscule. And an odd layout. There was a tiny sitting area, but it was almost useless due to its small size, and the need to put our luggage there as... More

We appreciate the time you have taken to give us your feedback. We will immediately take care of your observations. The Hotel La Posada de San Antonio is classified as a Historical 300 year old Hacienda that has been restored to modern standards. Great care was taken to preserve its authenticity, such as its original 60 cm-thick adobe walls and... More

This is a hotel with terrible management and very poor maintenance. The first night we were in Room 16. There was a small round opening in the bathroom covered with a screen that flapped in the wind. the only other window opened onto the brightly lighted hall about 3 feet from my head as I slept. We are clearly visible... More

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay as it is in an excellent position nearby the main square Plaza Mayor (which is the largest in Colombia) and in this lovely little town in which all the houses are painted only green & white. Our rooms were a bit basic with dim lighting & not much room &... More

The hotel is very conveniently placed and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service and attention to client lhowever eaves a lot to be desired: 1. The hotel La Posada de San Antonio is an Ecology conscious institution. The hot water for the rooms is obtained from a large central boiler that is ignited by diesel fuel. In order to cut down on contamination to the village and the global warming effect, the Hotel established the policy of turning the boiler on at 4 AM and... More

You feel welcome and well attended throughout the stay. The reception staff is particularly nice. They help you with all your needs. I stayed in room 15 for two nights and it had a skylight but no curtain so I was woken up at around 5:30AM by bright sunlight. We stayed for one night in this gorgeous little town, and enjoyed our stay in this small hotel. It is very close to the main square. Our only problem was the breakfast which was rather poor. We would stay there again.
