We stayed here for a night in July 2014. We were very impressed with how the room was decorated - simple, yet very tasteful and relaxing. The views from our window were magnificent. The guesthouse is at the top of a picture perfect laneway which will bring you down to one end of the beach (beach is several kilometres long... More

Just back from an overnight in this Guesthouse, have to agree with the other reviews, the place was outstanding, quality all over from start to finish. Ann was a wonderful host and the room if a little bit on the small side had everything you could want including a really comfy bed. Breakfast was top notch and whatever you want... More

Ann Joyce's B&B is better than a lot of hotels I have stayed in. She is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home. The beds were so comfortable, the best nights sleep we all had in a long time. The fresh Atlantic sea air probably contributed too! Most rooms have a sea view. The location is perfect, right... More

The attention to detail in this guesthouse was amazing, lovely furnishings and lovely pottery used for breakfast. The owner Anne was very welcoming and friendly. The beds were super comfy and the breakfast great. There is also a lovely area for guests to sit and help themselves to tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend !

Dont normally write reviews, but this place deserves one. We had a great stay here, room was clean, bed was very comfy, Anne was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was a real highlight, a great spread for those who want a good fry or lighter breakfast. I requested poached eggs on toast, and beans with the breakfast,... More

We stayed at Joyces guesthouse recently for the weekend and as always it was an excellent experience . Anne's welcome and attention to detail knows no bounds. It was a miserable evening when we landed and immediately we were ushered to the sitting room where a lovely open fire greeted us and we helped ourselves to tea and biscuits. The... More

A warm welcome, very nice, very comfortable and very recently refurbished rooms found during a family trip between Connemara and Donegal. A superb view over the shore and the mountains. Nice decor inside the house. A fireplace where you can read comfortably. A great and abundant Irish breakfast. And, overall, an hostess always present, efficient, eager to share her passion... More

We got a nice room with a view over the ocean. Clean but with some undefinable odour lingering...The hostess was very friendly and breakfast was delicious with smoked salmon and other delicacies. In the evening you could sit by the fireplace in the parlour and have a cup of tea. Close to the beach and local restaurants.

We had a very warm welcome from Ann Joyce and were delighted with our spotlessly clean room and view of the Minaun Cliffs. The choice of breakfast was almost overwhelming from yogurt with fresh berries, freshly baked breads to the full Irish breakfast cooked to perfection. A fine beach is a minute away and good restaurants almost as near.
