We stayed at falconara a week and we enjoyed every single moment. The manager, Alexandro, is the most pleasant and accomodating person as well as always here to help or listen to a special request. The rooms are superb with a great terrace overlooking the ocean! The food is only good but with so much willingness to please from a... More

We stayed here for 10 days and used the resort as a base and traveled to other spots each day, and relaxed in between days. For this it was ok, but in future I would use this as a good place to stop and relax on private beach for 3-4 days and then travel. The service was good and friendly... More

We just came back from a 1 week holiday with the kids at Falconara. We just were really satisfied of all services. Excellent welcome and service at the reception, good service at the restaurant with quality food! We enjoyed also very much the beach! We surely will recommend the hotel to our friends and parents!

We stayed only one night in this resort because we left a previous hotel earlier than planned and were on our way to the next one. The room was nice, clean and spacious. The food was very good, the wine excellent. The big disadvantage is the road bar next door where truckers stop for the night, eat Sicilian fastfood, make... More

The hotel is an overpriced property selling itself as something it is not. It does not live up to its 4 star rating. Rooms have very light, safes in the rooms do not work, pool area does not offer any food facility at all, hotel operator is not available to receive incoming calls, limited internet is only available in one... The hotel is placed in a beautiful private bay, facing Falconara castle. Astonishing view and peaceful surroundings. Nevertheless hotel's direction is less than acceptable for a 4 star: - 40 minutes to be checked in - double bedroom with a camp bed sold for a triple bedroom - unfair mark up on restaurant prices - club med music pumped up... I stayed 8 days in august with my wife in this place (impossible to speak about "hotel"): you can not sleep before 2 PM : the music is so loud in the castle and in the close music hall you can hear it even if windows are closed. And during the week end you wake up at 8PM for very... More

Dear Guest, we are very sorry for your review but what you wrote doesn’t correspond to the reality of Falconara, so we have to contradict you. Our structure is known for the absolute tranquility and silence in the whole area, so no loud music from the castle, not even from the hotel hall. Furthermore, our team is qualified and able... My husband and I speak three languages. Unfortunately, Italian is not one of them. At this hotel, ordering a meal was always an ordeal. The staff mean well, but our impression is that they are scared to speak any language but Italian. If you trumpet your hotel as a 4 star resort, there should be more versatility. The location is... We stayed 4 days at Falconera and that was a good experience. We had chosen ½ pension and both breakfast and dinner was very good - there were ample choices and you could even choos outside the menu. The room was fine and the sorroundings were also very nice. The beach was very quiet and beatiful - it was 4... More

I have spent one week in May at the Falconara in a junior suite. It is located about 20 km from Gela and 120 km from Catana airport. It is a good base to visit the Piazza Armerina villa (recently reopened), Agrigente, Caltagirone and Ragusa. The hotel has a fine small beach, on two levels : the beach, and somewhat... More
