At the start of our holiday in Sardinia, we stayed at the Hotel Aldioli for three nights and ate in for all three nights. The food was excellent and the recommended wine also very good. The staff could not have been friendlier and the view over the lake from the superior room was stunning. The published photos are slightly out... More

We stayed at Aldiola for three nights and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always attentive and happy to have a chat. The private bungalows are modern and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was very good. The pool area was fantastic and had views of the surrounding areas and nearby lake. Would definitely stay... We stayed here for our final two nights in Sardinia, having spent a week doing lots of driving around the island (including stops in Stintino, Alghero, La Maddalena and Porto Cervo), so the relaxed ambience of this hotel was just what was needed. The staff were lovely and the cabin rooms were great with lots of natural light and amenities... More

We stayed here for three nights recently. -- Location: The hotel is quite secluded and is not ideal for those looking for the convenience of a town, but it took us only half an hour to reach the coast. Olbia airport is also not far away. -- Room: Semi-detached cabin on the slopes, cleverly designed to make you think that... More

We spent our honeymoon at Aldiola and were more than happy with the experience. We were welcomed warmly and with a cute little surprise in our hotel room to celebrate our wedding. The staff (at reception, during breakfast, dinner and allday long) were very polite, friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel lies within a... More

Having spent 4 nights in Olbia, we drove to Aldiola Country Resort for the final 5 nights of our stay in Sardinia. And we weren't disappointed. It really is a beautiful place. The views are outstanding, the lake is beautiful and we had perfect weather which made it even better. However, the place wasn't without its faults. The room itself... More

Although the resort is rather out of the way, that's why I picked it! You definitely need a car to stay here. My boyfriend and I had 4 nights here and we wish it had been longer as we really loved it. We were welcomed at 11:30pm with a drink of our choice by a lovely receptionist. Our room was... More

We have just returned from a weeks' stay at the Aldiola Country Resort and we had a very pleasant time. The staff were all very personable and friendly, we received a warm welcome every morning for breakfast and they were happy to give us information on where to visit in the local area. Booking online and subsequent check in and... More

If you are looking for a rural retreat in a stunning setting then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very remote overlooking the lake of Liscia. It is well signposted from the surrounding roads so finding it should not be too much of a challenge. The views from the pool area across the lake are really... More
