Arrived after an exhausting day hiking the Camino. A beautiful little hotel in the heart of town. Our host was absolutely fantastic I couldn't fault him. He checked us in immediately and lugged our heavy bags up the stairs to our room for us Nothing was too much trouble for him. It is difficult being a vegetarian in Spain but... More

I got a great room with a small balcony that allowed me to catch up on my Camino washing. The balcony caught the afternoon sun and warmed the room nicely. The owner speaks pretty good English and was very helpful. The room was large, the bathroom somewhat dated, but well equipped with everything I needed. There was air conditioning. Wifi... More

I had been looking forward to staying here as the reviews were good. It was all a bit random when I arrived and I wished I had paid up front. My room was pretty nice with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The walls were surprisingly thin, or the man in the next room can really really snore! I... More

Arrived late in the day exhausted from Camino hiking. The gentleman at the desk checked us in immediately then grabbed our very heavy packs and lugged them upstairs for us. Our rooms were small, clean and had a nice large shower and tub. Dinner was soup, fresh crusty bread and a local dish with potatos, fried sausage and an egg... More

Firstly I must state, that this was an overnight stay out of the normal tourist season. The position of the Posada is perfect and the small town is beautiful and picturesque. The room we were given was small and a little claustrophobic and the bathroom a little shabby but all in all adequate for an overnight stay. The small balcony... More

This place was charming and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location was at the end of the beautiful little town. Good sized room and well appointed. The restaurant was fine and there were no problems of any type.

We stayed here for one night with a group of 6 others on our first day of walking on the Camino. Our room was much much nicer than we had anticipated and even had a small balcony. We also enjoyed the evening meal very much. The reason for my five star rating is because of the warm welcome and attitude... More

Stayed one night in June 2013. Group of 3 in two rooms on the top floor. Our Rooms were a little claustrophobic as they were in the eaves but were clean and comfortable. Located at the edge of the town. Good location to sit out and watch the pilgrims go by. We were able to safely park our motorbikes outside... More

The Posada de Muriel is under the new management of a young couple. This small hotel is focused on the comfort and needs of their guest. Though not luxerious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, just right for the camino. The food is hands down the best of our trip. The staff are nice and professional. The owner, Javi, is... More
