I stayed here while on the Camino. I was feeling decidedly unwell and they let me check in at about 10AM. I slept from 10:30AM until 8AM the next morning, only woken up periodically by the church bells. The evening meal was included, but I slept through, breakfast was also included but all I could manage was toast. The room... More

We stayed here one night while on the Camino. It's a small hotel in a buzzy part of town. The room was clean, but very, very small, with old furniture and a half bath. Overall the place lacked comfort after a day's walking. The evening meal was ok, but the breakfast was poor - plastic cheese and plastic ham and... More

Do not stay here if you need anything larger than a miniature room. I had room 31 that was so small I had to re-arrange the furniture in order to have enough room to lay out my luggage. The window just had a view of a wall. In its defense, it seemed very clean, had good hot water and decent... More

More

Wanted to stay in a quaint hotel and that is what this is, pinchos was fantastic the crianza was brill. Room small and bath for a midget but it was unusual and pleasant. Dinner was good, better than all the pergrino meals we had for the money. unfortunatley breakfast was a fiasco as the lady was late and we were... More

The Staff werenot helpful. One lady in particular was very rude.Breakfast was poor. Hotel charged for water with meal, the only one on our camino to do so. Rooms were cluttered with very outdated furniture. Would not recomend.

Try some other rooms in town, rather than the Bidean, poor service, food not good (fresh fruit coctail comes from a tin!! Breakfat orange juice is orang concentrate laden with tap water!!) Owners refuse to communicate with the pilgrims!! Church bells keep awake at night.

We stayed for two nights having reserved with the half board package with booking.com. On arrival the only lady staff was running the restaurant, taking orders, serving the tapas, waiting at table and, unfortunately for us and others trying to book in, reception duties came a poor last. Do not part with your price confirmation papers ! We had to... More

What we liked: - We must praise the young lady who seemed to be the only person working there, who despite having to look after the kitchen, the check-in desk, attending clients for dinner, drinks on the terrasse and breakfast, managed to remain friendly and attentive to the hotel's guests. - Pets stay free Otherwise, it was ok for a... Stayed here having walked from Pamplona on the Camino de Santiago, hotel is well located for walkers not taking you away from the route when arriving into town tired. Hotel is in a lovely location in the older part of town - narrow streets & squares with small food shops, bakery and bars on the street. It's a rural hotel,... More
