Kasbah Tamadot hosted my mother and I for a surprise trip for her 60th birthday. On this occasion we were staying in the Medina and visited Tamadot just for the day. However this did not detract from the truly incredible day we had here. Service was simply superb and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The entire hotel was... More

Tamadot is about an hour drive from the Marrakech airport with the last half on a windy mountain road. The setting is gorgeous with sweeping views of the Atlas Mountains. The hotel was lovingly adapted from an old casbah keeping the best of the original architecture and adding more handmade details while working modern comforts in. All of the rooms... More

After a tough 6 months at work this was the the perfect 3 night getaway that we needed. The room, one of the tented villas with jacuzzi was just heaven. Everything from the arrival, to ice water beside the pool, incredible food, some of the best and heartfelt service I've experienced and to boot we felt like we were being... More

The grounds, decor and layout of this magnificent place have to be seen to be believed. At every turn was something so tasteful, so elegant and so relaxing. The outdoor spaces where we ate breakfast and lunch were beautiful. This review could get a little boring as I would have to keep raving about this place. It is a very... More

I loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. We were picked up in Marrakesh by the hotel's driver. He was charming and told us many interesting bits of information along the journey about all the different landmarks, the cultures and religions of the areas we drove through. On arrival we were ushered to a gorgeous terrace and offered champagne/fruit... More

My Husband and i stayed here for 4 days in August-It was very luxurious without loosing it's character. The retreat was beautiful, very picturesque nestled in the Atlas mountains. We found all staff to be very friendly and accommodating which made it a very relaxing and enjoyable stay It was pricey but well worth the money- we would definitely go... More

We didn't actually stay at what looked like a truly wonderful hotel, simply helicoptered in for lunch in the stunning private Pavilion. Our hosts were very gracious and tended to our every whim, showing us round the hotel and its facilities, one could not help to make a mental note to return and stay a few nights, from the rooftop... So, let's be clear, we don't normally stay in such places. It is - by miles - the priciest place we've ever stayed. However, we decided to squeeze in a night in Kasbah Tamadot, and all I can say is: do it, treat yourself if you can. We were worried one night would be too rushed of course, but after... More

We stayed at Kasbah Tamadot for two nights. I wish it were a week! Everything was exceptional from the food, the staff, the beautiful design/decor of the rooms, the small but deeply-appreciated small touches in the rooms, the stunning pool, the location with the back drop of the mountains and the Berber homes. We had three different types of rooms.... More

We treated ourselves to lunch before travelling back to Marrakech and were delighted with the welcome and quality of both food and service. Beautiful grounds and ideal if you can afford the best. We can only assume that the quality continues with the standard of accommodation.
