A beautiful property with a stunning view. The rooms are very nice, and each room has a little court-yard with nice lawn furniture. The location is a bit out of the way, but the island is so small that it doesn't take any time to get anywhere. The only downside is the breakfast - even though it's included, there isn't... More

I just came back from a week at Le Christopher. The hotel was fabulous in every way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool and grounds beautifully landscaped, and the setting with its view of the ocean truly breath-taking. I stayed at Le Christopher a few years ago when it was part of the Sofitel chain. After changing ownership... More

we booked this hotel for only two nights since we came from another island. We were disappointed only in the service. There was no restaurant (mini breakfast however was served) and the pool bar opened at noon, the attendant doubling as towel person. No one was at the pool when we arrived and the attendant said that there were "no... More

Just got back from our 4 day stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff does take great care of you - warm towels and rum punch while you check in, airline flights confirmed for your departure, a free shuttle that is called for you to go anywhere and get picked up (until 1:00 a.m.!), lunch and dinner reservations made and... My wife and I just returned from 5 nights at the Le Christopher and it was amazing. The service was top notch as they took care of everything we could have needed. The breakfast was excellent as well and about as American as a French restaurant could be. I highly recommend the goat cheese salad for lunch -- you won't... More

We stayed at the Christopher Hotel for 3 days in early November as part of our Caribbean island hopping vacation. We wish we stayed here longer! We went directly to the hotel website and were fortunate enough to get a great deal since it wasn't high season yet, $210 euros per night for a partial ocean view. It was worth... More

We just returned from 8 days at the Christopher and were very impressed with the staff, the service, the pool, and the views. Everyone was very helpful with all of our requests, and made us feel that they would do anything they could to make our stay pleasurable. Breakfast is included and a great way to start every day without... More

My husband and I travel to St Barths about twice a year and always try new hotels. Not only were we pleasantly suprised on the location - the hotel itself - rooms - restaurant -and staff were just lovely. Next time we go back - no doubt this is where we'll be staying.

The Sofitel may not have the reputation of some of the other exclusive hotels on the island, but for the money is exceptional. The staff is incredibly attentive as you almost never wait and are very helpful in shuttling you into town or taking you the airport or ferry. The pool and views from the hotel are some of the... Just got back from 10 days at the Christopher. The hotel property is gorgeous, set at the bottom of a hill with sweeping views of the water and a heart-stopping sunset. I think breakfast is always included (was for us) and the food at the restaurant, Taino, was quite good. We ate there once for dinner and were quite pleased... More
