A family of three, we stayed at 'Dammuso nel Vicolo', an end-of-the-alley, totally delightful mini house cum apartment with two bedrooms, ideally located slap bang in the middle of Scicli. We didn't really have much idea about what Albergo Diffuso was when we booked but think it a wonderful idea. Our landlord for the stay at Dammuso, Guglielmo, was gracious... More

I visited Scicli for business reasons, and in this occasion I had great accommodation at "Scicli Albergo Diffuso". Specifically I have been staying one month at "il giardino dei limoni" and for another month at "casa Barone". Both of them are very comfortable and close to the city centre. Both buildings are totally renovated with very stilish forniture. "Il giardino... More

We stayed 3 nights in Albergo Diffuso in the Lemon Garden room. The room's French windows opened onto our exclusive lemon garden. The only access was via our room. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and modern. There was a communal kitchen with coffee machine. The Albergo Diffuso's restaurant where we had breakfast each morning was a short walk... I had read the article on Albergo Diffuso and thought it a wonderful idea as I like to get to know the place and people when I am in Italy. I chose Scicli and just wish I had stayed longer. Scicli A.D. was started 3 years ago by Sig. Ezio Occhipinti who runs it with his dedicated team of Valentina,... More

Just spent a week in an apartment at Albergo Diffuso. What a fantastic place. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. The apartment was in a good location, well equipped and spotless. Breakfast at the Millennium was great. Amazing meals at Galu & the "drunken fish". Would recommend Roberto's "unknown" Scicli tour. Caught the bus to Sampieri & enjoyed the... More

We have just returned from 4 nights at I limoni dolci in Scicli and have nothing but good memories. We were warmly greeted by Valentina on our arrival, our accommodation was excellent, quiet room, fantastic view and even a small kitchen. The location of the Millenium bar is wonderful and we had breakfast and dinner there. We used public transport,... More

Had a 4 night short stay after flying into nearby Comino. Lovely modern styled studio with its own kitchenette about 400 yards from the Millennium, close to the grand church that is featured in the Montelbano series. Breakfast was good, and support from Ezio and Vincenzo was great. We enjoyed trips to Noto, and Syracuse, and would have liked in... More

I am half Italian and having seen a Sunday Times travel article earlier this year on Alberghi Diffusi I duly arranged a holiday to Scicli, Sicily from the 17th to 24th July 2014. My partner and I duly arrived at the Millenium Bar at Via Francesco Mormina Penna. We were met by Vincenzo and shown to our beautiful apartment at... More

The concept of a hotel with apartments scattered through a city is a new one to me, but it works well. Our room was actually in the Baroque kitsch style, but huge with marble floors and a spacious hall and bathroom. Most others are chic modern. Because the apartments are 'diffused' there is sometimes a hiatus when arriving or departing,... More

Booked in to stay at the Casa Pascucci, one of the places owned by Albergo Diffuso. Great service from Ezio when booking, with advice on where to stay so we thought we had a great few days lined up. When we arrived we were greeted by Vincenzo who was pleasant, and showed us the house. Small, hot and noisy from... More
