We stayed at this hotel for the middle two nights of a week fly/drive holiday to Sicily having seen how beautiful the area is on the TV series Montalbano. Novecento is a beautiful little hotel in the heart of Scicli yet in a quiet little piazza with tiny cobbled streets. I'm not sure that we would ever have found it... More

Hotel Novocento is located in the center of Scicli. You may struggle to find a parking spot if you by car, but on the other hand you will be centrally located. The hotel is in good repair. I visited the hotel in February and though the weather was good, at that time one could not enjoy the hotel to the... More

Well worth the bit of effort it took to find it! Stylish, yet very warm and inviting, and a helpful staff as well. The breakfast was plentiful, in a sunny room, with fresh fruits and ricotta, delicious pastries and strong espresso. The restaurant recommendations were very good and just a quick walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel with nice staff in recently restored palazzo in the center of Scicli. Good use of EU funds Do take sone time not only for breakfast but to have all ingredients of breakfast explained by the waiter: a whole world on healthy and genuine food will appear to you

At the heart of this very appealing baroque town, the hotel is as charming as we hoped it would be. The hotel is very stylishly decorated with some interesting paintings. The breakfast room is particularly nice with a superb range of fresh food to match. The staff were most friendly and helpful. Beware that you are likely to be woken... More

We stayed in a suite, a very nice room . The breakfast was very good, youghurt, cappuccino and a selection of cheeses among other dishes. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in the old center near restaurants and Montalbanos police station.

A not-to-missed treat for all the senses! The hotel is situated in really interesting part of Sicily and may sites and beaches are within easy and spectacular travelling distance. A car is advisable. Scicli is a perfectly formed Baroque town with a good range of eating and drinking opportunities. Fortunately, the Montalbano link is understated and in many places non-existent.... More

The Trip advisor reviews got us here and it was worth the extra few euros to stay in the 'suite'.Superb small hotel, room modern, tastefully furnished, all mod cons, lovely bathroom, delightful hostess/owner, Donatella, and fabulous breakfast. Also very good value. Apart from Montalbano credentials the town is a delight, Baroque architecture, some fine streets and amazing gargoyles, churches and... More

We planned our Sicily trip to the region of Ragusa and found this hotel on internet. Scicli is a small town near Modica in the Ragusa region. The hotel is very well centered in this beautifull small town. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and contained a wide variety of tipical Sicilian delicacies. The... More

Nine should be your lucky number – especially when you stay at the Novecento in Scicli. Nine rooms in a historic Palace with a lot of atmosphere, just the right range of style and design – not too much! Just like the staff: friendly, polite and taking good care, i.e. welcomes you with refreshments, – but never pushing. The breakfast... More
