Expedia sold this as a Deluxe Double room, but there wasn't anything Deluxe about it. Carpet was very dirty with big black spots throughout the room and large cigarette burns, even though it was a non-smoking room. I was afraid to walk around without something on my feet. When I first walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke,... More

Had just one night here last week - so this review is pretty much to say it is clean, comfortable, and i found the front desk staff smiling and very helpful! They directed me to the fish market for a very good dinner (a little expensive though) but could not recommend any other restaurants apart from their own. The small... More

After long trip, this hotel really look like paradise. The food for dinner was awesome. They serve delicious seafood. More choice for muslim. The room look nice with beautiful view to the street from room 614. But the floor doesnt look really clean. Bathroom is small.

stayed two nights for a business purpose. It is famous for delicious restaurant and wedding ceremony in Pohang, but I did not use its restaurant. The front desk staffs are kind but didn't smile. Room was old and had not sufficient concentric plugs for electric devices. Not so bad, not so good for business trip at the price.

Was on a 1-night stay biz trip in Pohang and was told that this was the one and only good hotel to stay in. Agree that the receptionist at the counter was a bit 'cool' or rather 'cold'. Wasn't really smiley enough when i asked for the bell boy. Merely motioned me to get my own bags up the lifts... More

We were in room 618 with twin beds. The window view wasn't great. Bathtub and shower is nice and clean though the bath towels were worn out. The bedroom is wide enough for the 3 of us (one king bed and one single bed). Nice quality Duve. Basic amenities are in it such long table by the tv, kettle for... More

stayed 2 nights, and told by colleagues who travel here quite a lot that it is one of the better hotels in area. Only one gripe being the room did not have an iron, and though the front desk appeared to understand my request to borrow an iron either they didn't have them or it got misunderstood. The room was... My associates and I spent 2 nights here on a recent business trip to Pohang, we recieved a professional but rather "cool" reception from the front desk staff probably just due to the language barrier as the entire hotel staff is non English speaking. It is clearly an older property, carpets are a bit worn in both the rooms and... More

Spent three nights in this hotel during a business trip. Good comfortable bed with good duvet. At this time of the year it is cold and everywhere including the hotel corridors are even cold, therefore having a good run with a heating system is essential and this hotel meets that criteria. Food in the hotel is also good.
