The hotel is in need of refurbishment but it's clean and good value for money. The beds are a bit hard and the air con in my room was dripping through the night. The hotel is on the Main Street through chaweng and has rooms that face the road. I would avoid these if possible. The pool area also needs... More

I stayed here probably 10 years ago. Doesn't look like they changed or upgraded at all in that time. The resort is on a great part of the beach which is a big thing. A little further away from the North part of Cheweng Beach (party area such as Ark Bar) However can get to the north end in about... More

Where to begin. I spent 2 hours in reception waiting for them to locate my booking. Once that was done, the bellhop escorted me to my upgraded room. I shudder to think what a regular room might look like. As there were no external lights, he spent about 10 minutes with a flashlight trying to work out how to open... More

I spend about a month in 5 different hotels in Thailand and this one was by far the worst. Let me explain. All you get here is GREAT beach access, but as far as hotel accommodations and service goes, you get VERY LITTLE value. I'll elaborate. The room walls are dirty, paint scratched, there is no safe, the Internet mostly... More

Found five cockroaches in room on first evening which we promptly removed & told reception. No apology but said they said would spray room while we were out, which they didn't. Cleaner sprayed next day but on return from beach found seven more!! We complained & were moved to another room immediately. On the plus side they did give us... More

Room and other facilities are clean and ok for a 3* BUT... Staff is the worse I have ever experienced in Thailand!!! Unfriendly and not motivated from checkin till checkout. Every questions seems to bother and inconvenience those poor people that apparently never got told that their at work. Worse of all were the restaurant waiters who they tried to... More

- Location is great! Walk out onto the beach from your doorstep, eat your breakfast as you watch the waves roll in, explore the nearby streets for food, shopping and massages. - Breakfast is excellent, huge variety! Pool area is well kept and really friendly staff. - I arrived at the Seascape Beach Resort with high expectations... unfortunately the only... More

Overall an ok stay, however the cheap bungallows are so tiny, so pay more for better room. The food in the restaurant is so fresh and fabulous, best thing ever? Massage, cheap and the best I have ever had, go for the neck and back-Heaven!!!

I travelled to Samui with a couple of friends and we were looking for something that was affordable. This hotel was absolutely fine as far as three star hotels go. Taxi to/from the airport was 500 baht. NOTE: This hotel was called Samui Beach Apartments on Agoda. I'm not sure why there was a difference in names, but caused some... More

Just came back from Thailand and had a great time there! This hotel is fine, if you think we paid around £30.00/night you can expect that much. At first we had a bungalow next to the swimming pool, probably the worst shower I have ever seen in a hotel, but I'm not the kind of person to complain that much... More
