Room and other facilities are clean and ok for a 3* BUT... Staff is the worse I have ever experienced in Thailand!!! Unfriendly and not motivated from checkin till checkout. Every questions seems to bother and inconvenience those poor people that apparently never got told that their at work. Worse of all were the restaurant waiters who they tried to... More

- Location is great! Walk out onto the beach from your doorstep, eat your breakfast as you watch the waves roll in, explore the nearby streets for food, shopping and massages. - Breakfast is excellent, huge variety! Pool area is well kept and really friendly staff. - I arrived at the Seascape Beach Resort with high expectations... unfortunately the only... More

Overall an ok stay, however the cheap bungallows are so tiny, so pay more for better room. The food in the restaurant is so fresh and fabulous, best thing ever? Massage, cheap and the best I have ever had, go for the neck and back-Heaven!!!

I travelled to Samui with a couple of friends and we were looking for something that was affordable. This hotel was absolutely fine as far as three star hotels go. Taxi to/from the airport was 500 baht. NOTE: This hotel was called Samui Beach Apartments on Agoda. I'm not sure why there was a difference in names, but caused some... More

Just came back from Thailand and had a great time there! This hotel is fine, if you think we paid around £30.00/night you can expect that much. At first we had a bungalow next to the swimming pool, probably the worst shower I have ever seen in a hotel, but I'm not the kind of person to complain that much... More

After mistakenly thinking we could get a great deal at a 5 star resort for 3 rooms in peak season we finished up at the Seascape in desperation ...lesson #1 always book 1 night ahead....we managed to get de luxe bungalows which may have been de luxe 30 years ago but now they are just very tired as is the... Husband and I stayed here in April for 2 wks. We are 33 & 34. The hotel is right on the beach in a fab location. We stayed in the hotel part. Originally we did want a bungalow but they were all booked. The hotel room was absolutely fine. I don't know what people on the other reviews are moaning... More

Location is not bad, pretty central. The resort is run down and shabby, the rooms are adequately furnished and comfortable but nothing special if luxury is what one is looking for. The towels for both bathroom and pool are disgraceful... worn and threadbare. Toilet paper was like gold..... only one per day was supplied so we had to ask.... every... More

Ignore all the negative reviews, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was very well located, the staff were helpful and very pleasant, housekeeping was daily with plenty of towels provided, room was very spacious and the bed was fabulous and one of the best ones we have slept in on our many travels. Breakfast was fine with fresh fruit,... More
