I have stayed at many hotels throughout my travels but this one would have to be in my top 3!! From the moment we were picked up from the Airport - we received cold towels plus a bottle of water - everything went smoothly. We were then lucky enough to be able to check-in early. After struggling in Phuket to... More

It was an amazing place, from the moment when we walk up the front steps, to the walk to the room. the veiw was beautiful, the area was quite even though we were not far from the main road. The staff were lovely, they remembered our name at breakfast and were nothing but helpful and friendly. We got a standard... More

We very rarely ( almost NEVER!), re-visit a holiday destination, let alone the same hotel! However, my Husband opted to return to Imperial Samui for his "Special birthday" celebration..... The Imperial is a beautiful, spacious, clean hotel set in a perfect location. Situated on the beach at the quieter end of Chaweng, but close enough to get to the hustle... More

Took a Junior Suite just after New Year and although the hotel markets itself as 5 star, its really a 4 star but made no difference. It was great for the price The room was a long room with bathroom by door with moveable panels opening into room, if you wanted that sort of thing. Bed was fine and the... More

We stayed in this hotel over the New Year period and must admit that it has done nothing but rain. We picked the Imperial as it was close enough to Chaweng to give us the option of enjoying the night life while being far enough away to be peaciful. The hotel is at, ttractive, the reception staff are excellent, the... More

The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, immerse in the green and with direct access to the beach. More quiet option than the main resorts in Chaweng. Careful of the many stairs you will need to do from the beach to reception, they however offer buggy service for this. We did not like the first room, Premier sea... More

This was the first time to Thailand for my partner and myself so we had no idea what to expect. The hotel was beautiful set amongst acres of tropical plants and flowers. On arrival we were given a cold drink and wash cloth (which was amazing after our plane flight). The rooms were spacious and very clean, a beautiful bowl... More

Firstly, if you are after a sunny vacation do no visit Koh Samui in November. We thought we had researched this but obviously not enough and so the copious amount of rain made the trip less than satisfying- obviously no fault at all of the hotel. Also, it isn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle so if you... More

Having had a Great Time at the Imperial Samui Beach Resort for the third time in May 201, I have been surfing the net for alternatives, great deals on flights and accomadation. What stands out is all the organisations who are offering large percentage discounts for flights and accomadation. I would suggest when these deals are looked at over time... More

This was our second visit to Imperial Samui Beach Resort, and once again we were very impressed. We had requested a particular room, a little confusion to begin with, but the staff were very professional and the request granted without any fuss what so ever. For us, as we walked through the foyer, we felt as if we had never... More
