My friends and I stayed in this guesthouse with the intention of staying out late and knowing that green mango was nearby. I was happy enough that it was cheap so wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and there was a hot water shower. The pool area was nice and well kept and the staff... More

me and my friend have been travelling throughout December and stayed here recently. firstly thought what a good deal we had found. We aren't fussy and understand that we get what we pay for however this was how we found our stay. We paid 500 baht a night for two of us with a fan room. Good first impression with... More

After reading some reviews on this place I thought how bad can it be? I traveled with a friend, we are both young and up for going out so didn't think the noise would bother us. Having stayed in cheap places before I expected an average standard of room, however what we got was much worse! We booked to stay... More

I stayed in Anong for a 2 nights. The woman from reception was friendly, I ask for some room where I can catch wifi and she gave me one near reception. I need to sleep, but that was bad decision, because there is Green mango near and I can hear music in my room until 4 in the morning. The... More

We paid 500B for air con room. We found it quite clean and were happy to have a proper duvet for once. Also there is a fridge and freezer which was great to keep ice/drinks. The pool was fine although Chaweng beach is beautiful too. The guesthouse is bang in the middle of town which is great for eating out... More

Don't event know where to start with this place....Positives....its really cheap, has air conditioning, close to the nightlife and not too far from the beach. However, our room was the pits. Our balcony door didn't close, the fridge didn't work, it was dirty, the sheets were all torn and ripped, the joke of a shower barely worked, the toilet constantly... More

Reception staff were not helpful in the slightest, pool was disgusting, bedding has holes in it (looked like something had been nibbling away at it!), mirror missing from wall, lights did not work as well as shower, no wifi in room, rooms very dark and there is a club behind the hotel which meant you could hear very loud music... I can't remember exactly how much we paid, but it was cheap even for Thailand standards ! The location is both the best and the worst thing - bang in the middle of everything, but noisy because of it. I'm not the type to moan about a bit of music but it was loud even for me. It's right behind... More

Rooms were like mini prison cells, no windows, no light. Dirty smelly bathrooms/ wet rooms. Other than that its great!!! Please don't bother so much better elsewhere. The location is good if you want Burger King, Pizza Hut etc. But don't expect to get much sleep no matter what time you go to bed.

I almost feel bad giving this place a bad review - it cost us 500 baht a night, the staff were friendly and the location, in relation to amenities, was great. However - we didn't realise that it was on the street adjacent to the al fresco super club Green Mango. Now this club stays open until about 4am, so... More
