The Sarann is on the quieter end of Chaweng Noi beach. The hotel is not on the beach but there is easy access to the water. Of the four beaches we visited this was definitely the best of the lot. We had booked a king bed but when we got there realized the fine print on our booking mentioned that... More

Our stay in Samui must have been more comfortable if one receptionist had more understanding to the guests. During stay at the seaside pool villa for several nights, we witnessed the pool water was polluted by the brown dirt released from the nozzle of the water filtration system after several blackouts in the hotel. However she never listened to my... More

Stayed one week in the Pros: 1. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! You get a cold welcome drink and a refreshing cold towel during checking in. They bring your luggage to your room. 2. The pool was great and i was mostly alone in it. Its big enough to swim the reviewers who say the pool is small... More

I stayed in the Jacuzzi villa. Just share some of my opinions during my stay in the hotel. The hotel is well maintained. The most impressive things and really enjoy in the Jacuzzi villa were its very big rounded bathtub and another big Jacuzzi bathtub. The breakfast is good, with variety of food. The wifi speed is fast and smooth,... More

A large group of us stayed at The Sarann & we all loved it. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious with really good wardrobe space & drawers a plenty so you can really unpack and get rid of that "living out of a suitcase" feeling. I recommend paying less & just getting a regular... More

The Sarann is a nice hotel with a reasonable price tag. If you're looking for 5 star service and perfection then you need to look elsewhere, with this hotel you get what you paid for - but in a good way. We loved it. The staff were more than accommodating and the room is huge and very clean with an... More

I visited Ko Samui with some friends and we booked a few days in Sarann for some days of luxury. We got what I consider a decent deal on booking.com, around 80 euro a night for a twin room. (that's a lot in Thailand but I still feel its decent value) Upon check-in the staff told us that we had... More

We arrived at 3.15pm for check-in and besides the absolutely useless reception staff who just stared at me while I tried to ask what was taking so long (took almost 30 minutes to checkin) only to discover our room wasn't ready - they also insisted I email them the voucher again despite the booking form I signed having the voucher... Having backpacked around Thailand for a month, the Sarann was a lovely place to end our travels. The room was gorgeous. We booked a jacuzzi room, a higher priced room than the standard yet we shown to a standard suite and had to show them our booking again and they swiftly rectified the problem. The room was incredibly spacious, with... More

Definitely recommend this hotel! The infinity pool is one of the best as it overlooks the beach. The rooms were nice and clean (I stayed at the Jacuzzi suite, room 210). The interior of the room I really liked. Hotel and staff were nice aswell. It's abit far from the town (15mins by taxi; 300 baht) but the hotel provides... More
