We stayed here for 5 nights in January and travelled with a group of friends who shared rooms on the same level as us. The hotel is very basic and so was the room - queen bed, TV, air con, shower and bathroom all on tiled floors - though the room was rather spacious. There are no lifts in the... More

Very basic rooms but clean and comfortable and good for a short stay or a stop off between flights. Staff were willing to help at all hours and pretty good value considering the others in the area. Could do with a bit more chatacter though

This is one of the hotels that doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but for the price of the nightly rate, I was happy and satisfied with the lodgings. Central to most places including the Ark Bar (and the other clubs) and shopping. Close to a 7/11 - and most ATMs. Staff are very friendly, even though there is... More

We only stayed here one night before flying from Koh Samui. Nice small hotel not far from the beach. Clean with good sized bedroom and excellent bathroom. Adequate set breakfast served in the small dining area at the front of the hotel. If you intended to stay in Koh Samui on a budget this would be good as you only... More

The rooms were cleaned daily provided you give them the keys when you go out. It's not on the beach but it's cheap and does it really matter? You're in Thailand, you aren't spending your days in your hotel (unless outrageously hungover and you don't care about the view - just the toilet flushing -which it does). There's no pool... More

We only stayed one night as we were in transit. The hotel was fine for this purpose but I wouldn't spend a great deal more time here unless you're on a tight budget and want to be quite close the the Chaweng action. Since its hot right in the heart of Chaweng, it's not so noisy at night. Breakfast consisted... More

The location of the hotel is great and the swimming pool is very beautiful but for the price here you can get better. The room is very standard and is fine. The swimming pool is clean and very nice. The staff is OK. The beach is very close to the swimming pool which is very good.

We booked rooms here knowing there was no pool but that it was close to the beach. Due to our arrival in Mid May (low season), we were able to negotiate a rate which was considerably lower than posted rates and that which we could find online (Trip Advisor, Agoda, Booking, Sawadee). Check-in was standard for Thailand (provide passport number,... More

Based on the name of the hotel and their deceiving web profile I assumed this hotel was on the beach, which it was not. While the staff weren't rude in anyway they certainly weren't helpful either every question we asked was met with a confused look and no response. We would leave our room for about 8 hours during the... More

Do not be decieved by the name of this hotel. It is not on the beach. We were laughed at when asked if there was a pool. Service was awful. Our room floor was covered in ants. Our sheets were never changed. Wifi was not working. Shower pressure so low you can barely shampoo your hair. The staff were not... More
