“Avoid December - Coach Parties and Apathetic staff”

This hotel used to be fabulous, so much so that we rebooked every year. However, the falling standards are shocking as they now put large bookings above all other guests. “Excellent Meal after a day out.”

Called for meal after a day out in Wales with a party of thirty others. Superb location overlooking the Dee estuary from restaurant. Excellent carvery meal at very reasonable cost, well served and managed.
