Would highly recommend this B&B / rooms above the a pub. Clean, look to be recently decorated modern and welcoming feel to the rooms. Staff are very friendly, food was good. Could not fault! We visited for an event at oulton park which was relatively close in the car.

This sweet family owned pub is filled with ultra friendly locals, families, and cute old couples. The home made food was hot, fresh, and special ordered to my taste and needs. The room was absolutely silent, despite the soccer cup fans downstairs. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Chatting with the pub locals and learning about... More

From the moment we stepped into The Horseshoe Inn, we were made to feel like regulars stepping into their local. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed and clean. We dined in the pub, it was good pub grub and the speciality beers went down very with my partner. The breakfast was superb... More

The owners (and the locals) are very friendly and warm people and we would definitely recommend this pub to anyone visiting this part of the country. Located in a quiet little village just outside Frodsham and... More

We stayed here for two nights over a bank holiday weekend while visiting nearby Oulton Park for BSB Racing. The pub is a straight forward village inn, with a pool table, two TV screens a restaurant area and outside seating. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with directions and other tips. Our room above the pub was excellent, clean... More

Stayed here for three nights with my daughter, who was playing golf nearby and needed somewhere to stay where we could get a good nights rest. The Horseshoe Inn is a very pleasant place to stay, everyone we met were very friendly and helpful, the room was ideal for the two of us, and the food was great. We enjoyed... More

Stayed here to go to a concert in Delamere Forest. Lovely pub, not fancy, just traditional country style pub. We ate there, no complaints, good value at £6.99 and they serve a good pint. The room was really lovely, we were delighted at how modern and clean it was. The best smelling bed and so comfy. lovely modern en-suite shower... More
