This was a last minute booking for us on our 2 month European vacation as we wanted something close to the airport without going into Rome. Immediately on arriving we were made to feel at home. We asked for and were given the 2 story room with a master bedroom and 2 sing,e beds upstairs and it was perfect. The... More

We spend there two nights and went to Rome twice. Close to airport and train station. They transfer guest not only to airport also to and from train station. The train goes often and gets the centre of Rome in 15 min. Our room was clean with a mezzanine. The breakfest was modest.

We visited this beautiful built and located traditional hotel for our 3-night trip to Rome. Plus: location, price, close to regional train to heart of Rome (30 mins, EUR 1,50/trip and hotel offers complimentary transfer to railway station approx 1 km away), well maintained garden and beautiful view over Rome. Renovated in original Italian style, quiet location. Spacious rooms which... More

Lovely rooms, very accurately decorated and spacious, beautiful garden with a stunning view over Rome, helpful staff and free shuttle service from and to the Airport and station of Ciampino. We will definitely go back!

By improving the breakfast, the overall score of the structure would increase accordingly. Breakfast indeed is very poor, only some pre-packaged pastries, 1 type of low quality ham and cheese and boiled eggs (no fried eggs omelets). Pity for an Italian hotel. Also, during breakfast the attendant was rude, making it clear that he was intended to close off the... More

I have already been in this hotel twice and every time there was a good service provided. Rooms are big and the building itself is beautiful. From the garden you there is a great view to Rome. Breakfast is basic but good and you can have real coffee. We used the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Be aware... More

The villa is situated in the hills south of Rome, beautiful countryside, beautiful grounds and a beautiful building. The staff are very accommodating and run a shuttle service to the train station and airport on request at no extra charge. The rooms are comfortable and the price a bargain. Would highly recommend. Note: Sassone train station has no payphone so... More

This is a good place to stay, within 5-10 mins of Ciampino airport. An old villa of interesting design converted to a high standard. Everything is clean and works ( except TV & wi-fi was down in our room following a storm!). Great views over Rome from the veranda areas. Only criticism is the directions up to the house from... This hotel is close to the Ciampino Airport, in a residential area outside of Rome. The service was friendly; the room, spacious; the atmosphere, peaceful! A shuttle service will take you to Ciampino Airport beginning at 7 AM.....otherwise a taxi can be called for you. This same shuttle service will transport you to the Sassone train station. Ttrains travel to... More

I booked this hotel for the last night of our holiday, it being close to the airport and not wanting to risk an early morning taxi ride from the middle of Rome to Ciampino. I am so glad I did. We arrived by train from Rome and were picked up at the station, and taken to the hotel. The staff... More
