This hotel pretends a whole lot, but was a disaster. We entered the Chateau, and first thing they did at the reception was point through the window to another building. This was the hotel. So this is -3 stars for their scammy photos and disinformation alone. The hallways from the hotel looked like the hotel from The Shining with its... More

Superb luxury hotel for a treat just outside St Omer. Good value too. A beautiful, historic chateau. We stayed in the Park Pavilion adjacent. Gardens are lovely. Peacocks and even an otter! Restaurant is very high class and not too expensive. Would love to go back.

This is a fine old building set in its pwn park, with a mix of modern and traditional embellishments, tennis courts and walks out into the surrounding country. There is a modern annexe which also houses the rather excellent (if pricey) restaurant. The surroundings encourage a feel of the country house party. There are terraces on which you can relax... Visited this chateau for the first time in June. We had a wonderful stay, very serene location just 5 minutes drive from St Omer. We did upgrade our room as the one we were given was cramped and stuffy. The room we moved to was much nicer and had a pleasant balcony overlooking the lake. We ate a very nice... More

We've booked a special dinner with music live and asked finally to stay for the night if availibility. We were lucky and spent a recovering night! The room is of high standard with large comfortable beds, big bathroom , tea and coffee .A small fridge could help for longer stay ,I suggest? We had a great breakfast ,very good coffee and... More

Stayed several times at this hotel and have never been disappointed. We often take friends and as usual they are always impressed. We have stayed in the Chateau before and it is beautiful and well maintained but now we always stay in the pavillion. The rooms are huge and all have lovely balconies overlooking the garden and pond.

As you turn into the drive and view the 19th. century chateau you feel the batteries starting to re-charge. A friendly welcome and information on the hotel's facilities help continue the relaxing process. Three of us had a room in the pavilion with a double bed on the ground floor plus a mezzanine floor with 2 single beds. Balcony overlooking... More

This Hotel is quite convenient for a stop over withing 30 mins of Calais whichever way you are travelling, although it is 15 mins off the main Autoroute from Calais to Paris/Reims. The location, set in lovely gardens was quite secluded & very quiet & peaceful. The room we had was comfortable, clean & particularly quiet for a good nights... More

We stayed in this hotel on Thur 25th June 2015. We enjoyed our stay very much but not so much our meal which I have reviewed separately. This chateaux hotel is situated in a beautiful park just outside Saint-Omed and within a easy drive to Calais. We booked diner bed and breakfast. It are is very tranquil. I discovered I... More

We were both very much looking forward to a romantic weekend away in a château not too far from Calais. This is selected and because of its location and proximity to St Omer one of our boltholes in France. The château and its grounds are less impressive once you arrive and we were disappointed when we did not stay in... More
