We stayed at L'Accroche Coeur in March when the sun shone and the snow was pretty good too! Booking - we booked direct by email and paid a deposit by credit card - that all seemed to work pretty well. The welcome was good - I speak OK French which definitely helped with the booking and communications; though I suspect... More

We stayed at Chimes Blanches (over the road) and had dinner at L Accroche Coeur a couple of times in January. It was excellent and we wish we had stayed there. Our children and grandchildren were made to feel very welcome, but I guess they are pretty well behaved, they loved the Saint Bernard! My step daughter went back and... More

This chalet style hotel is beautifully decorated, cosy, clean and modern. The friendly atmosphere made my week alone as comfortable as ever. The owners take interest in each and every one of their customers and provide you with anything you need. The hotel is well situated, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is delicious. On top of that... More

Good food. Speedy arrival. Nice service. But boss who does not like kids. Terrible for that kind of restaurant in a holiday destination ! Avoid it. It is a waste if time and money. The good looking style is a pretext.

It is a matter of fact our restaurant is not a play ground and we can point out that the kids did not behave properly. The rest of our clients do not have to put up with noisy kids. If the kids cannot stay still at the table, it is better for all the others guests that they do not... More

What more can a hotel offer? Stunning chalet style hotel with a magnificent central lounge/bar and restaurant with an enormous south facing sun terrace. I dont understand the critics of the welcome here, We were welcomed with open arms by the entire staff/family, whom all played their respective roles perfectly. Annie in particular would do anything in her power to... More

This chalet is owned by a house proud French lady and her slightly grumpy, but well meaning, husband. It's immaculately clean, with a great communal lounge run by friendly English staff who always had time for us. Breakfast was continential and a bit on the functional side, but i always regret overdoing the fryed stuff! The owners have dogs which... More

We were lucky and got a room here for a week end in the French winter vacation season. The cosy chalet-hotel is located a short walk (5 minutes) from the ski lifts and the slopes. Great for skiing. We arrived late Friday and were unlucky to hav an absolutely horrible meal. Why serve old, dry, ill tasting salmon with an... More

Don't let the great price or the lack of "stars" put you off. This 16 room Chalet provided everything we wanted for our Alpine Ski Vacation -- cozy, clean, comfortable rooms that smelled like cedar, a great bar/lounge for apres ski, yummy breakfasts/dinners and an amazing staff that provided everything from on piste dining suggestions to wine pairings with our... Stay at the Chalet L’ Accrouche Coeur the first week of 2011 for seven nights half board. A newly built Chalet/Hotel built in the local style with all the creature comforts you would expect as well as excellent food. It’s in Eucherts a short 10 minute walk from La Rosiere centre but as Eucherts has its own lift system, 5... More
