This is a challenging review. I would recommend staying here for one night but no more. Our room had an amazing view of the wind turbines on the mountain, an enormous tub on the patio but that was about it. The shower and sink are right in the room with no counter space except for a small round table. I... More

The hotel is really splendid, very modern and wonderfully designed, our room was really extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfasts were very good although one had to wait until nearly the end of the meal before the coffee arrived - we did manage to get this accelerated on our last morning. The dinners were average and not very inspiring and we... More

probably my best experience of a hotel, luxe but quiet. Classic music all around, peace everywhere, delicious food, discrete people. The swimming pool with the view on the desert is a must. Don't miss to reserve a bedroom with private bath/shower outside also....

i read about this hotel in a magazine a few years ago and then I already knew that we wanted to stay there! This year we decided to visit the north of Spain and we actually build our holiday around the two nights we booked in Hotel Aire.Expectations were therefor high but they were met in every single aspect: the... We were looking for the hotel driving up a deserted road. We were sure we got lost. But then my wife saw a small sign "hotel and restaurant". We were literally nowhere, and when the sign pointed at a dirt road our suspicion grew. Then we arrived at this army looking camp?! We parked our motorcycle and entered the building.... More

My husband and I are traveling Northern Spain on a B.M.W Motorcicle. We decided to pre- arrange all accommodation because of the season. We booked a night at the Aire de Bardenas without knowing a single thing about it. When we arrived ( almost didn't find the place) we did not believe our eyes: the end of the world, middle... More

Nice hotel....funky outside bath tubs, clean white lines of the rooms and plenty of space . Just a few moans, some the hotels fault and others not, that marred the experience. So...... the good: The desert location is quirky and in its own way beautiful. The relaxing window seats a perfect place to read in airconditioned comfort. The restaurant and... More

.....and that´s already a lot!!! Since am very sensitive to "the space" idea, aesthetics etc. Each detail is really nice and for those who like minimalism it´s a great hotel, with confort and even "sense of humour" in some of his choices. Love the lettering of the hotel for example. But not everything is about beauty and i think that... More

Worth the trip from anywhere in spain...... We travelled form Rioja, through wine country and arrived to Bardenas late in the afternoon - watching the sun setting over the pains with the wind farms in the distance was quite spectacular. Very quiet and private acocmodation - Rooms were modern and sparsely decoarted which suited our style, but might be too... More
