I shouldn't be letting you in on these secrets, but ... This hotel isn't what it claims to be. It isn't 4 star, it isn't in the desert, and it doesn't have views of the Bardenas Reales. In reality it is just an over-hyped 3 star hotel, just outside Tudela with views of a field, some wind turbines and a... More

First stay in Tudela area for visiting the Barnedas Reales natural park. Convenient place to go to the park by car (less than 1h drive to the Castelditierra, taking into account that one has to drive very slowly on the park tracks). Contemporary design hotel, but not truly luxury hotel in its finishing (example: excellent bedding, but lots of little... More

Thank you very much for your comment. I'm sorry that you didn't appreciate our highest value in Aire de Bardenas which is our staff. All of them without exception are completely involved, professional and have always a sincere smile for every client, also for you. Ah! I see you appreciate our coffee Nespresso but not our always fresh orange juice... More

After having found this hotel looking on tripadvisor, you have to try it. Very different to your normal hotel. The lady on reception was very helpful, showing us all the rooms available. We were treating ourselves, so we went for the suit. You walk into your room and they are completely sound proofed. It feels very surreal, hearing nothing and... More

I thought quite hard about this hotel - it's a peaceful little stop in a lovely scenic location, but at the price it's just not worth it. The location is in a fairly remote spot by the Bardenas national park, overlooked by wind turbines. It's quite atmospheric and still, which is great. Unfortunately the hotel decided to block out most... More

Picture make it loo better than it is Cool concept but overpriced for cargo container rooms made of plywood. I guess when you pay this amount of money in a small hotel I expect someone from management to welcome you. Service is hit and miss. We took room with private patin and jacuzzi but rooms are so close you hear... More

We stayed at the hotel for only one night, but our overriding impression was of its pretentiousness. The hotel clearly wants to present itself as a chic and relaxing getaway (its in the middle of a field and has a pool) with an eco-friendly outlook (there is a vegetable garden and, for some unknown reason, it's surrounded by a wall... Luckily, other customers do not consider that there is a dark reason for the garden has fruit boxes around. Aire de Bardenas has been awarded for architects and designers around the world. There may be other interesting hotels in the same area with no mosquitoes. The food is very good, but not scarce. I deeply regret that you haven´t understood... More

In what feels like the middle of nowhere (although only a few minutes from the nearest town, Tudela) this amazing hotel appears. Architectual it's a find! The staff tries it's best to accommodate you, but with hardly any knowledge of any languages beside Spanish, and my lack of Spanish, it did prove a bit difficult. We ordered a suite with... More

Loved this small quirky well designed gem. (Warning: Town of Tudela was not particularly interesting...). Hotel is very cool/relaxed, concrete floors, sharp plywood furniture. Very friendly staff. Nice bar area. Good coffee/breakfast. Comfy beds. Perfect place to spend a day doing nothing. We missed Large national park next door....

We stayed on this hotel for one night, during a motorcycle raid which took us through Spain and Portugal. It is quite an unusual place, from an architectural perspective. The rooms are large and ours had a private outdoors area, complete with an tub. We had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were very nice. It is located right... More

This is a challenging review. I would recommend staying here for one night but no more. Our room had an amazing view of the wind turbines on the mountain, an enormous tub on the patio but that was about it. The shower and sink are right in the room with no counter space except for a small round table. I... More
