Parking is not necessarily outside the hotel - I had to park a few streets away and you need to be gone by 9.30am or else you'll get a ticket.
Very pleasant stay overall.
They took 2 hours to serve us 3 course menu. They charged us twice as they said it was extra at the weekend. Then at desert the ice-cream had an insect/fly and we asked for another one... the waiter looked at us and did not apoligise or acknowledge the problem. He brought us another ice-cream after 5minutes. Nothing said again..
I really regret staying here... No customer service of any kind. they only want your money!!!!! I regret staying and eating here!!!
Breakfast is simply disastrous, consisted of only coffee, jam and bread, served at the table.
I will not return.
Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment,
If you're only stopping for the one night, then there's enough in the immediate area - but there's enough around the area worthy of a few nights.
We're planning to go back for a longer stay.
Uncomfortable beds, a slow elevator but everything very clean. In the end it's reasonable value for money.
If you're driving and you're tired this might be Ideal for a overnight stop between Madrid and Zaragoza.
"Rooms are available over-looking the avenue or the interior (a poor view) - we went for the latter as it was sooo quiet,"Read full review
