We stayed here only 1 night :-( Amazing place, so peacfull and quiet. Amazing design. The senyora is super nice. If we hade the option to stay more we were for sure. They ask if we need something every few hours. Helpes with everithing we needed. I wish to came here again and again. We came here from cuba, the... More

Woodpecker with a sleeping problem. Unpleasant surprises since we got to the place. The rooms we reserved were given to someone else. We were force to upgrade at a higher price, and some of the kids slept uncomfortable, because we could not properly fit. They have different kids age scheme than Expedia, so families be aware of this. In the... More

DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE! IT IS a SCAM!! So we decided to go to this beautiful town in the Dominican Republic and we reserved the three bedroom cabin for my family and a friend. We got a confirmation and I even called the place to verify. When we got there, tired of adventuring, the reception was unattended, somebody yelled... More

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Rancho Olivier. The staff were incredibly helpful and, as others have mentioned, the surroundings could not have been more beautiful. The premises were clean. Our breakfasts were fabulous - one morning even included fresh traditional cornbread straight from the oven. We did not have our own car, so the caretaker arranged a taxi... More

This was my first overnight in Jarabacoa. This facility matched our needs; away from main roads, scenic, simple, clean. I live in Santiago and I brought my son/US and my friend/US. They too enjoyed it. The rooms are simple but the patio, pool and places to relax were wonderful. The staff went above and beyond any expectations we had. The... More

I stayed here with my husband for a couple of nights. The place has a very rustic feel. Our room was small but it was lovely and comfortable. It was also clean. Breaksfast came included in the rate, but there wasn't a big spread, just some toast, fruit, coffee and juice, no eggs or anything like that. The staff was... More

I stayed one night with my husband at Rancho Olivier. We rented a car so we were able to easily visit the waterfall of Jimenoa and Baiguate both of which are breathtaking!!!!! Rancho Olivier is quaint, intimate and the staff are incredibly friendly and sweet.

Rancho Olivier is about as close as you'll get to what an authentic stay in Jarabacoa should be. Don't expect polish or lots of bells and whistles. The amenities are adequate and your host will be warm and welcoming. You will most likely need your spanish to be up to speed. It's safe and the food is very typical... there... More

We arrived on a Thursday before a 4-day weekend having booked a special rate. The property was in a beautiful setting. We were greeted by the caretaker who took us to the room. It was very dark and musty with lots of moths and mosquitos and the quilt was dirty. As I usually do, I checked the hot water and... More

We've been to Rancho Olivier 3 times, one alone as a couple and 2 accompanied by friends! Both experiences have been unforgettable!!! Since the moment with stepped in we had Dona Maritza (the owner) come and greet us and staff served us welcome cocktails!!! Our room was full of details, every corner had something that made the room special. We... More
