Our stay at Jarabacoa Hostel was an excellent experience! The owners are very friendly and helpful! They even picked us up from the bus station. We had our 5 yo son with us and they were able to lend us a stroller and just very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed having the feeling of being away from the city,... More

I was here for a week and could not have enjoyed it more. The hostel is beautiful, cosy and welcoming, with a huge fireplace that we used every night. Molly organised our excursions and made sure we had everything we wanted. It's not far from town but far enough that you're away from noise and traffic. I only wish I... More

This place took my breath away! Molly's service was exceptional. I was refreshed & happy. Plus,it's not far from the city if you want more action. Staying here made my Jarabacoa experience worthwhile.

I had the pleasure of taking a group of 10 volunteers from Canada for a weekend. They loved the hostel! Everything was seamless. Great place, super comfortable and can't beat the price. I had the pleasure of staying here for a staff retreat. Molly was very accommodating, and allowed us to rent out the entire hostel. It felt like being in a real home, which was very refreshing. Because there were so many of us, they brought over mattresses so that we could sleep on the floor comfortably because that was what... More

First off, Jarabacoa is such a cool city to visit. A few friends and I came for a Chiropractic mission trip to Haiti and wanted a taste of the true Dominican. Here, we got it! The people of the city were so friendly and the food and nature was excellent. As far as the hostel, it should be more like... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The place is super clean and confortable, you have everything you need to cook and lots of space to chill. It's a walking distance from the village, but just far enough to relax. If Jarabacoa is on your list of places to go in DR (it should be), I recommend you this... More

I'm a Peace Corps Volunteer in the DR and a group of about 15 of us stayed at Jarabacoa Hostel for a weekend. Molly and Rudolfo were such amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay even booking extracurricular activities for us. Great value, quiet, beautiful and clean facility. We definitely plan on going back during... More

My sisters and I stayed here for 4 nights. This hostal was the nicest one I have stayed in, having traveled through Panama and the DR. It is about a 20 min walk to down town. It is actually a house with 3 rentable bed rooms, one room with one queen bed, one room with a king bed, and one... More
