We stayed 5 nights at the hotel for our recent ski trip in Furano. Its a ski in/out hotel with direct access to the lifts and slopes. The rooms can fit 3 adults without any problems and as with also all hotels in Japan, clean, well maintained and equipped. Our package came with breakfast and the selection was enough for... More

This Hotel is newer than The Prince Hotel (10 minutes away) but still a dated hotel that needs renovation . However, the location doesn't disappoint . It was definitely a ski out ski in hotel. Beautiful powder snow. Slopes were not over crowded and no wait on ski lifts at all. Our family had a fabulous time.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's facilities and location. A newer hotel compared to the Prince hotel and the New Furano that we stayed at. Buffet dinners were really nice. Great location for ski in /ski out and storage areas and access were great. Staff were not very fluent in English but there would often be one member most times who we... More

When visiting Furano, we would not stay anywhere else. There was not going on in town, most of it was closed for the new year period. Our room was amazing. Huge for a Japanese room. And the view was stunning, right on the slope. Room was quiet, did not hear anything from outside (although we were right down the end... More

Concierge staff not really proficient in english, but service is still good. No complains from the rooms, onsen to dining area. There are 2 onsens though the walking distance is far. The convenience store is huge compared to other hotels.

We stayed in the twin room with an extra sofa bed for my son. We were placed in a smoking room much to our dismay but we were happy that there wasn't any smoke smell in the room. That can't be said of the corridors though, it reeked of smoke. The room was just average, clean and comfortable, nothing luxurious.... More

I stay two nights this hotel for ski. The hotel is in front of the ski slopes, so it's very convenient for ski and I can enjoy the dinner. However there are three points for improvement. Firstly, if you choice buffet at dinner, I recommend you go to the restaurant early, otherwise you might not enjoy many kind of... More

The hotel is very pleasant and cleanse with most Japanese ski resorts. It offers ski in ski out convenience and pretty decent sized room which I usually don't expect from Japanese hotels. The food at this hotel however is really not tasty, but I find that true of most ski resort chains in Japan. If you take the Gondola up,... More

I came to visit some Japanese gardens in the Hokkaido area. This environment is a perfect location, up the hills with an amazing view of the forest from my window. The room is sterile but clean and had everything I needed (the much loved tea pot for my tea). The grounds include an amazing garden that is worth going to see... More

Came here after travelling by train and a shuttle bus from the station, we were late due to a snow storm back in Feb. The hotel held our room and tried their best to settle us in. We scheduled a 3 D 2 N stay. The new wing is a refreshing change from the old. Still they were able to... More
