Pleasant Hotel - perfectly located to good ski fields. All the staff were very helpful despite English not being spoken very much.Food was above average.Hire snowboarding boots and board were excellent - nearly new Salomon gear. Great intermediate level runs - nice and wide and not very busy.

Quite a large hotel aimed squarely at the middle range tourist market. The hotel is located away from the main town and can feel a little isolated. The rooms were dated but very clean and functional. Hotel offers a couple of good restaurants and nicely themed outside winter playground with an ice bar and small boutiques. Ski-in and out plus... More

We recently stayed here and whilst the ski in ski out location was perfect and the rooms were very clean it lacked in a lot of areas that let it down big time !! The lobby (reception ) area was big and soleless and usually had many many people congregating , whether checking in or checking out in bus loads... More

Great spot for ski in ski out as hotel is located a few metres from the lifts. Second time back here for more powder! Want to make a special mention to the Food Safety Officers at every restaurant - I have coeliac disease and eating in a foreign country can be challenging. I provided a translation card from the Coeliac... More

A friend and I stayed here for a week. Was my first visit, his sixth. The lobby is not well organised or presented. While check in was efficient at 2.15pm, our rooms were not available until 3pm. Gave me a chance to look around and finish with the impression that the hotel is in need of refurbishment. Rooms are a... More

After 7D/6N in Niseko we thought we come here for more skiing.. The hotel was quite adequate for our sleeping needs.. Room fairly big . Room comfortable and clean.. .. Breakfast was part of the room package.. quite acceptable but boring after a few days. The hotel is some distance from the main town area . One need to catch... More

The New Furano Prince rooms are a little dated but are clean and are a good size with a comfy couch and a safe. Our room was on a high floor and overlooked the ski slope - it was great to check out the weather at the top of the mountain before we went. It would have been nice to... More

We reserved 20 rooms for our large group and had a great time with good snow conditions (although it didn't snow while we were there - apparently, this is their worst winter in five years). What was nice was that we were all together on one floor so that way, it was easy for us to make plans, meet for... More

Friendly staff, great for ski in/ski out and a nice clean onset. A bit out of Furano so locked into Hotel food or a bus trip into town. No internet in the room unless you pay for it using ethernet cable, free wifi only in the lobby. We had a nice bright airy room on the NON SMOKING 3rd floor,... More

This was our second time at this hotel, also for snowboarding (Furano has sweet powder snow!). The last time we stayed at the New Furano Prince was five years ago, and we liked the convenience of the ski-in ski-out because we had a 1-year-old with us. That 1-year-old is now 6-years-old, and he enjoyed the ski lessons with the ski... More
