This is hotel is just absolutely perfect. The staffs are just so lovely and kind and speak good english. Staffs are also very knowledgeable and willing to do their best for their ogyakusama (guests). I fell off my ski as i was skiing at prince ski resort and dislocated my knee and the one of the staff member pick me... More

A boutique hotel in town next to JR and bus station, with friendly front desk staff esp. Mr. Fumihiko Otsuki, the only English speaking person who went out of his way to help all foreign guests. The rooms are small but functional, and there is an onsen on the ground floor. Guests can also request humidifiers which helped us tremendously... More

Located right next to Furano JR station. This is a boutique hotel that is tastefully designed and definitely one of the newer hotels in the area. The rooms are well equiped but may be a bit too small. The staffs are very friendly and speaks fluent english. The small restaurent serves quality western food... will definitely stay here again.

If a comfy bed is what you're after, then look elsewhere. However, most other parts of our stay were enjoyable. The rooms are small which in other cities may not be a problem, but in furano, where there isn't really anything to see or do, you spend a lot of time in your room. Unfortunately there was no snow at... More

- Of the 5 hotels I stayed in during my ski trip to Japan, it was the most modern and had the most comfortable bed and pillows - The bathroom is, unfortunately, like all Japanese bathrooms, a small raised box like you might find on a cruise ship - I was traveling solo, but it would have been tight with... We arrived in Furano thinking it might be difficult to find Natulux...until we saw the massive NATULUX sign on a building right across from the Train/Bus Station, shining like a beacon of warmth on a -20 c evening. What a great hotel. The rooms were so quiet, the hot water and heating was amazing in such a cold place. Other... More

sits just across from the train station. Convenient to a lot of restaurants which staff are happy to point you toward. If you want ski in ski out you are restricted to the Prince Hotels who run the resort. The Natulux provide a smaller and more personal experience than the big hotel one. Depends what you like. Many people from... More

Excellent staff, very charming and helpful. Breakfasts are in either japanese style or western style and both are beautifully presented and a healthy start to the day. Very tasty. Very comfortable bed in stylish and well presented room. The spa is convenient and unusual but you need to book if you want to usethe hot stone room. Highly recommended as... More

I stayed at Natulux for one night before transferring to the ski area at Kitanomine. The hotel is very conveniently located (just a few-minute walk from the JR station) and the staff speaks excellent English as well as being helpful. Well heated during my stay, the room is of decent size for Japanese standard, and I personally found the interior... More
