From the first moment we entered everything was great Great service, good rooms, great beds, and a nice view, even though it was advertised. The location was spot on over the road from bus station, with the hotel giving us bus tickets to get to chair lifts and back each day. On a side note the skiing at Furano was... More

So much good stuff about this hotel! I came to Furano with my best pal for a ski holiday. We were initially deciding between New Prince (ski-in-ski-out resort) and Natulux. New Prince is for its proximity to ski mountain obviously and Natulux is for its seemingly nice pictures and good pricing. We picked the latter and now i can really... More

This is the place to stay when you do not live next to the slope. Staff is really helpful, rooms are decent size (for Japan), bed is good (i.e. not that hard). The onsen is a bliss to have access to after a day in the slopes. The easiest way to get a table at a good restaurant is to... More

Stayed here a night during our Japan tour of Hokkaido. Room is standard japan hotel size (don't expect to be too spacious) but its clean and well equipped. Dinner at the hotel restaurant (as its included as part of our tour package) is rather big portion (for Asian). Cheese fondue is delicious. Main is half chicken. Well done with crispy... More

This is a very famous hotel for Korean star fans. This hotel became very famous after the show 'Love Rain' was cast here. Nice n comfortable room. Ask for corner room if possible as it will be bigger. The regular room is quite small for 2 luggages. Love the set dinner wic includes cheese fondue.

We stayed for 2 nights in the last week of September and had a very enjoyable time in Furano. My partner is hard to please but she loved this hotel. We stayed in a corner twin room. One negative point is there were no blinds on the main window. We made makeshift blinds out of the hotel night gowns and... More

Hotel is located just across the road from the JR Station which makes it very convenient if you are traveling by train. If you are traveling by car, parking lots are available next to the hotel on a first-come-first-served basis. Hotel must be quite new because the fittings are very modern. Staff speak English fluently so no issues with language.... More

This hotel is convenient as it is near to JR, but we drove so we parked for free at the hotel. The room was big and clean as was our bed, the staff were nice and the breakfast very good. This is definitely a good hotel at a low price. We drove to places like Farm Tomita which was very... More

Check-in was very easy with very friendly English-speaking staff. The hotel room was very spacious and had lots of amenities. Bathroom is very clean. The hotel also offers a free spa area with shower and a small onsen. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect, right next to Furano JR station. Note: JR station does not have elevator or escalators.... More
