STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! First of all, this hotel is front of Furano富良野 station. The design inside is fantastic. Next,I think the room rate is reasonable. Third, the staff are really nice and kind. As for the room,it is very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious!Try curry with egg rice. You'll definitely love it. Besides, prepare your night snack before sunset. It 's pretty... More

It's a decent hotel, clean, convenient, expect a slightly bigger room but ok. Adequate amenities. Comfy enough bed. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. But the curtain was quite useless. With the room facing the east side, we were waken up by the bright sunlight since 4:45am and couldn't sleep well since then. Perhaps it's their strategy to make sure... More

Very convenient location, a stone's throw from Furano station. The only hotel to choose if you want the Furano station area to be the base of your Furano/Biei tour (albeit there's absolutely nothing worth seeing or visiting in the immediate vicinity of the station - except for the local restaurant "Kumagera" - 10 min walk from hotel). Most Furano tourist... More

The location is right in the centre of the city. It just a few minutes walk to the central station and tourist information counter. Around the hotel also has some excellent food. The hotel staff was polite and extremely helpful. The only down side is the room is a bit smaller than expected. For breakfast, there is a choice of... More

Expected a bit bigger room given it is in a rural area. Hotel area was nice. I would rate the room itself one notch lower, as my friend and I (we had separate rooms) both had the same impression when we walk into our rooms, is that it just doesn't beat the atmosphere of the hotel central area. Decent breakfast.... More

We stayed one night in Natalux and one night in New Furano Prince, because Natalux was full on the second night. (The room was available by the time we arrive as some people double book). But we didn't want to change. As we weren't driving, Natalux is a good option. Convenient. The rooms, for the price you pay, is bare... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Located in downtown furano. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is excellent. You have a choice of western or japanese breakfast. Not much to do after 8pm as most places surrounding hotel close at 8 pm but is a good base to explore furano and biei.

We stayed here for two nights, it is located next to the JR station. PARKING lot is very close to the entrance. The lobby design is modern and the staff are very nice . Their English is relatively good. The room is small as usual, the bed case is very low making us hard to get off. The room interior... More

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at in Hokkaido. The hotel is literally a minute away from the JR Furano station and the bus stop by foot. This is really useful for travellers without a car as public transport to various sightseeing places is easily accessible near the JR station. The taxi waiting area is also next... More

despite Hotel staff doesn't speak English well, They try their best in assisting. It's also value for money. Located just across the road to the base ski lift. Breakfast was also fantastic with great selection of food. Staff were zealous to serve. Onzen was Good too. Small but cozy. Overall, I think furano is a great place to ski as... More
