Large, clean rooms and beautifully manicured grounds. Very nice pool, but water was extremely cold. Well stocked bar. Staff was very gracious. Complimentary fruit basket brought to room. Complimentary morning paper. Very good buffet dinner. Quiet. Private sitting area outside each room, with sliding screen door. Major drawback is that beach is off-limits. No swimming in ocean. After a 2 week stay at the Mirfa Hotel, the only good thing to say is that I won't be back. Firstly, the "golf" course is at best a chipping green with long grass and takes about 5 mins to complete. My husband and I did a road trip from Doha, Qatar, through Saudi and stopped in Mirfa where we stayed at the Mirfa hotel. After a 5 hour drive, it was a great stopping point.
