We stayed here for our second week of our holiday on an RCI exchange. We were allocated a two bed in phase one (apt 10) which was a beautiful three storey apartment. Two bed rooms master had a balcony and a bathroom on the ground floor upstairs was a lovely large lounge diner another balcony and a well equipped kitchen.... More

This was our first stay in Los Gigantes and our last. The views are stunning but with a one way traffic system, steep hills and very small beach it really was not for us. The resort is split into 2 phas4es, so we were not near the main complex with the pool, however that did not stop us from hearing... More

We stayed at the harbour club from 16th may to 23rd may ,for out 5th wedding anniversary. My husband and i chose to stay in phase 2 of the complex. Our room was easy to locate, and due to the hill between reception and phase 2 , our transfer dropped us off with suitcases up the hill to save the... More

This was our third visit to Tenerife but our first stay in Los Gigantes and we felt this was definitely the most beautiful location in Tenerife with a delightful village feel surrounded by lots of greenery and tropical plants and trees. The Harbour Club is close to all the village amenities including shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars etc. We stayed in... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here in March 2013 for 7 nights. We stayed in an apartment in Phase 1. When we first arrived we were quite lost as the apartments aren't very well signposted, but once we discovered you have to walk through the restaurant to get to your apartment it's okay! It was quite a distance from the... More

On arriving at the Harbour Club on 11th March 2014 we had a similar problem to a previous reviewer. We exchanged through DialanExchange to apartment 13 and before agreeing the exchange I checked the apartment location on Google Earth and concluded that it would have 2 balconies with amazing uninterrupted sea and cliff views at both bedroom and lounge levels.... We booked a 2 bed apartment on the resort through our time share exchange company, "Dial an Exchange" and we were told that we had apartment "6" allocated. However when we got there we were given apartment "21". Which was a 2 bed supposed to sleep 6. It was tiny!! I went back to the reception to complain and was... More

We've stayed in the Harbour Club 4 times in the past 8 or so years as my partners parents own a time share out there. We've always gone in June, a couple of times before having children and a couple of times with them and it's always been very quiet but hot. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean and... We were staying with family who visit the harbour club every year. We loved it, and was exactly what we needed. Quiet and peaceful during the day with entertainment at night. The football was on the screens in the bar too, although not loud at all, which could be seen from poolside (if you get the right seat!) We really... More

Hard to decide what to write about The Harbour Club. Tracy the receptionist, along with all the staff in the Wine Bar were great. The staff in the Pool Bar are awful, rude and unhelpful. The rooms are average by the RCI standards that we are used to and I would like to see our bedding changed once while we... More
