After spending most of our time on Tenerife on the beautiful northeast coast, far away from the tourist industry, coming to Vilaflor and this hotel was a mixed experience. There was no staff at the hotel when we arrived. There was a sign that said staff would be there at 1800 hours, but the manager did not arrive until half... More
