We arrived at this hotel quite late in the evening and were warmly greeted by the reception staff with cool towels and orange juice. The hotel is really lovely and very clean and spacious. It is in a quiet location with just a couple of shops, ideal for couples and families who don't want the "Magaluf" type of holiday. All the staff... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during the dates shown. We had previously sayed at the adjacent apartments, more than once some few years ago and found the pool area adequate for our purposes. This time though we stayed IN the hotel, a quite different experience. The hotel has 250 roooms and 20 umbrellas! As you may have guessed... more

Really nice hotel. More suited to people who prefer a quiet holiday. You can always go into Magaluf for some noisy nightlife which is a 15-20 minute walk. There are buses but they run rather infrequently. Taxi is 5 euros. Most rooms are sea view and the view is spectacular. The situation with sunbeds is ridiculous. We were there for... more

Stayed here for one week all inclusive. Hotel beautiful, fabulous room overlooking the bay. Food very good, excellent snack bar beside pool, really handy for constantly hungry kids. Good selection of drinks on AI deal, bar staff friendly and efficient, although not many seats in bar area and entertainment not the best. Would return here definitely and would recommend this... more

We went to this hotel 6 years ago - we wasnt disappointed overall but the sunbed/parasol saga certainly let the hotel down. Guests were putting the towels out on the beds at midnight before going to bed, claiming their parasol by tying a scarf around them and would you believe one guest even used a small padlock to ensure he... more

My partner & I have recently returned from a week's all inclusive stay at this wonderful hotel. The location, food and friendly staff are to be commended (especially the regular life-guard and the animation team) and I would certainly stay there again. However, I have a few recommendations that I feel will improve the customer experience. More sunbeds and definitely... more

We totally enjoyed out stay at this hotel, the staff worked hard,! We will certainly be going back!Yes there were niggles about room safe 5 euros a day and sun beds. The restaurant food was fabulous the best we have had on an all inclusive. One thing people did seem to not understand, is yes it is a four star... more

My husband and I went for a short break to this hotel... glad it was short!! we went all inclusive. The food was not great however where we lost out on the food we made up for it in drink. The entetrtainment leaves a lot to be desrired, if you dont mind going to bed at 23.59 there was no... more

The hotel is 20 minutes drive from the airport which is ideal. The rooms were clean (with the occaissional dodgy drain smell coming from the bathroom). Food was 100% with lots of variety each day. The staff in the hotel were all really friendly and helpful too. We hired a car for 4 days for a cheap price, and managed... more

My husband and myself have just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel and hope this information is helpful to anyone thinking of going here. The hotel is absolutely lovely - You cannot believe how clean it is. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard - the pool surround is cleaned every day. The restaurant and... more
