My wife and I stayed for seven nights at this hotel. It retains some of the original character and style of the original mansion but the standard rooms are small and charmless - a bit like a superior Travelodge! Stayed for 2 nights in July 2006. After some difficulty with our taxi finding the hotel, it is sort of tucked away on a side street and there were road works, check in was fine.
