Went on exchange through RCI and this was not up to the standard of all the others I have experienced. Main problem was the constant lack of hot water despite constant complaints to reception. Kitchen had the very basics of crockery and utensils. bedrooms were up a narrow wooden spiral stair which would not be suitable for small children. Entrance... More

First impressions are that the complex is a little run down, and to reach reception you have to go down an arcade of largely tatty shops. However ignore this and you will find comfortable rooms, two swimming pools (one on the roof and one - heated - next to reception and the restaurant), a gym and sauna, and a decent... More

We have been back to Vigilia Park 3 times now and are going again next Jan. Very good value for money. I don't think you will find anywhere in the area for less money and the hotel is of a very good standard. The rooms are cleaned and plenty of clean towels every day. The beds are changed a couple... We ( a family of 3 adults and two children aged 7 and 1 ) are almost at the end of a lovely weeks stay here. We are all inclusive and the food has been of a good standard but as with any all inclusive it can get a little tiresome. Unfortunately the hotel is on a hill and with... More

For the price we paid I cannot fault this place. We paid for a partial sea view but were upgraded to the full sea view on the corner with no extra cost. the staff were friendly and ehlpful throughout, food in the bar reasonable and tasty. Roof top bar and pool were an excellent plus. For a cheap getaway, cant... More

The transfer from the airport is about 1 hour 30 minutes, so make sure you take a good book. This hotel is so different to where we have stayed before. When we were dropped off I thought it was a mistake as the hotel is at the bottom of a shopping mall. Which turned out to be brilliant. Quick check... More

Very surprised when opening the door, to find a very smart clean modern room, probably the best I have ever witnessed. Laminate flooring, flat tv, 2 tidy spotless rooms, a balcony with sea view, a walk in shower. Could not pick fault with the hotel at all.

For the price you pay, it is ok, The 3 rooms apartament is large enoght for 5 person, but no more. The living is very spacious, one bedroom is a bit small. Need some paintings. In the back of the hotel there is a small street with some sport bars, and that means the quality of the sleep until 3... More
