We recently returned from a fortnight's stay at Vigilia Park. Me and my husband plus children of 12,10,8 and 4. We had paid extra for a room with a partial sea view and were on an AI Light basis. When we arrived our room wasn't ready and we had to wait over an hour for the cleaner to leave. We... More

My husband and I went to Vigilia Park on an all inclusive holiday in July this year with our 3 children ages 8, 6 & 6. Our transfer was brilliant, no waiting around at all. Check in at the Hotel was also good, no delays whatsoever and we went straight to our room No. 150 on the fourth floor. There... More

Stayed for 14 nights self catering. Done the job. Only downside is the hills but you get used to them , or use taxi service which is 3.15 E for just about everywhere local. If your travelling to Los Americas for a day but a Bono ticket saves a little bit. You get them from tobacconist just outside on the... More

Just got back from a 10 day break and have to say how impressed i was with the hotel. We had a lovely big room and a balcony over looking the cliffs and sea (room 129). The rooms were cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday and staff were very helpful. The children loved both swimming pools and it was a brilliant... More

We recently stayed at the hotel on a self catering basis. Puerto santiago and los gigantes are lovely resorts with lots of places to eat and drink. The hotel is a little tired but more than adequate for a self catering stay.
