We're staying at the vigilia just now, our second visit as we stayed here exactly 2 years ago and have booked to come back in sept. We had a wee problem with our first room but Anna at reception sorted it with utter professionalism and we were moved to another room within a few hours. You have to get a... More

Stayed up at the hotel's highest room, with excellent views as long as you have a head for heights, the view over the Gigantes cliffs and the ocean is unbeatable. New additions nearby is a massive Lidl - essential for all your self catering needs, just 20 metres from the hotel. Pollo Oro in the hotels grounds have been there... More

Well that and the kids next door ( could even hear their conversations) I expect some noise it isTenerife after all but that was taking the p..... The room was dated and... More

Stayed here over Christmas with our 2 small kids. The apartments are big and clean with all the basics. Our balcony had amazing views. In need of some updating but definitely adequate. The kids play area was a bit small and again very dated and the pools were nice but the water was so cold the kids were in and... More

My wife and I had a great time in these apartments. If you're not a snob and just want some where to sleep and a shower ie a base for your holiday then this is the place for you. The hotel is ideally located for los gigantes or playa de la arena , bus stops are located just out front... More

What a gem for the money! Great hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful (printed our return boarding passes for us) and as we arrived early and as our room was not ready we were upgraded to a two bed duplex with view to Mount Tiede one side and toward the sea the other. Lovely clean, large apartment with... More

This was our fifth visit in this great hotel, and I must say, that we'll definitely come again. First of all, don't expect luxury resort for this money. Hotel is basic, but great, rooms are big, clean, and kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for self catering. Lidl supermarket is just five minutes of walking. Staff on reception are very helpful.... I've just come back from holiday in Tenerife. Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for fifth times already and we definitely will stay in the hotel next time. It's got light and big rooms, fully equipped kitchen, six day cleaning service, very helpful reception, there is sauna, two swimming pools and gymnasium available. I cannot to say anything... More
